Terrible service and takes forever to get your order. I love Cousins, but this location is not worth going to. My order wasn't even started 15 minutes after my pickup time and they tried charging me more.

This place is great! The staff is always on point and I never have to wait very long for a sandwich. I can count on them every time on my lunch break to be fast, accurate, and delicious. Best Cousins I’ve ever been too by far.
None Of Your Business
On 9/23/24 got to location at 8:58pm, and the door was already locked, but the open sign was still on. Also, hours of operations indicated this location is supposed to close at 10:00 pm!!!!!! Needless to say I was kind of pissed because I drove all the way out here for nothing.

This place has the BEST cheese curds. However, they did leave me standing at the register waiting to order for a good 5 minutes without any good reason as to why. Love the food, just wish they treated me a bit

I went over here last Friday to just get a club. Now I’m VERY allergic to tomatoes, I put on the receipt when I ordered ahead that I am. Yet when I went to receive my food, I didn’t actually check it in store. I went home and opened it up and there was tomatoes on it. If I didn’t open the sandwich up beforehand and just bit into it, it might have been a disaster. I would have gone over there to complain, but I was called into work. NOT IMPRESSED.
I've been a Cousins customer since it opened on 60th near Silver Spring. When the 2 Cousins were actually doing the cooking. My favorite back then was the Italian sausage sub. I miss it, but the Steak and Cheese works.

Every time I come here it sucks. First time they doused my sandwich with Mayo….second time I had bread that had to have been left out for at least a week. The whole thing crumbled apart….never going to this location again.
