I usually avoid ordering from this Crumbl because I’ve had issues in the past with the cookies being hard. Unfortunately, my fiancée had a sweet tooth and really wanted Crumbl, so we decided to give it another chance. That was a mistake.
Our order arrived about 15 minutes ago and, once again, the cookies were hard as a rock. I called the store to address the issue and was met by a rude employee who immediately became defensive instead of taking any accountability. I was told, “I don’t appreciate you coming at me like that,” blamed the delivery driver and the temperature of their car, and reminded that she was the only one working at the time. None of those excuses change the fact that I paid for fresh cookies and received cookies that were anything but.
Between the consistently poor quality of the product and the unprofessional customer service, this was the final straw. poor cookies and poor service. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Cookies weren't bad, they were pretty good I just wish they were a little warmer and I didn’t like how the chocolate chip cookie and the s'mores cooking was a-bit crunchy an I don’t like that texture.. I prefer soft cookies but they mostly tasted fine.

Stores always closed early with employees hiding in the back. Multiple times I’ve been here, I’ve watched employees see me outside the locked door, and hide/ duck behind the counter/ straight up ignore me when the store is said to be open hours later. Poor communication and seemingly lazy employees. At least at night. This is at least the third time something like this has happened at this specific location.

Showed up to the store at 8:00 pm and the doors were locked, while it’s says on the store hours that they close at 10:00pm. I then proceeded to make an online pick up order and waited a half hour till I finally saw an employee come out of the back. I did end up getting the banana bread cookie I ordered but was the most half-assed thing I’ve ever seen. This is not the first time this has happened at this location as well.
