Call ahead. We drove here to find the doors locked at 4pm on a Thursday. An employee came to the door and told us they were "just too far behind" and to "maybe try coming back later". Wow. Times must be good, to never get my business again. Seriously. Call ahead.

I dropped my cookies on the ground and I was able to save 3/4 of them. The frosting from my waffle cookie fell on the ground so I asked for a side of the frosting and they gave me two sides of frosting and a new cookie since the other one fell! They were super nice and understanding about it!
