This location has gone downhill. I’ve gone a few times with issues but wanted to wait in case it was a fluke but now I see it’s consistent. Ordered mashed potatoes with extra gravy. Got zero gravy instead. Onion rings were way over salted. And the new grilled chicken sandwich does not taste good to me. Liked the old one better. The order also took forever through the drive-thru. The place wasn’t even busy.
Update: visited again and this time the food was good and service fast. I suppose it’s hit or miss, but hopefully it’s a positive trend.
Update #2: abysmal. Everything in the order this time was cold besides the tenders. Ordered a butter burger with cheese; got a dry burger with no cheese. And the cashier girl really wanted to hand me a soda drink with the soda overflowing from the top everywhere. Where is the logic?! Not impressed with the service here lately. But the girl who brings out the food, Hailey or something, she’s super sweet. The only upside.

I ordered a chocolate shake at Culver's... but they forgot how to make a chocolate shake. I got a cup of what I think was chocolate ice cream whipped. I took my shake back to the counter, left it there, and went directly to Bubba's ice cream down the road on Capitol drive. They know how to make a really great chocolate shake. You know: vanilla custard, milk, chocolate. It was excellent! Forget Culver's try Bubba's. Here's a recipe for a shake Culver's. Hope it's not too complicated for you: Vanilla custard, milk, add chocolate then mix = Chocolate shake.

Ordered delivery. Swiss mush burger was good. Cheese curds were too salty. Food was ready fast, but still… the cheese curds were too salty… and slightly overcooked…🥺

After paying, I waited for 20 minutes for my kids meal as I watched every other car behind me leave with their food. Finally, somebody came out and asked if I was waiting for a kids meal and I answered yes and that it had taken a really long time so far. After another five minutes, somebody else came out and said that my meal was given to somebody else and that it would be another 10 minutes for them to make another meal. They asked if I wanted a pint of custard and I told them that I just wanted my money back, so then a manager came out and I told him what happened and that I wanted my money back and he agreed. He then came back out with my card and still no food. I questioned where my food was and he said “ oh, you still wanted food too?” I just waited 30 minutes for no food!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service! I will never go to this Culver’s ever again!!!!!

After paying, I waited for 20 minutes for my kids meal as I watched every other car behind me leave with their food. Finally, somebody came out and asked if I was waiting for a kids meal and I answered yes and that it had taken a really long time so far. Very warm inside.... $28 for 2 chicken tenders and a bacon cheese burger and single ice-cream. Got ordered wrong not once but twice. No ketchup...no ice...no napkins. Guess that's what you get with twelve 15 years working the store
