I tried the Reuben sandwich for first time. The bread, cheese and kraut were ok. The meat was terrible. Too thin and slippery, impossible to bite through, every bite pulled a piece out to make a mess on my chin or in my hands. Rate it a "2" compared to McBob's '10'.
I order curbside pickup and every time I wait 10 minutes and then have to go in and pick up my food. If you aren't going to keep track of it you shouldn't offer it

This place really sucks when it comes to making people wait. Everytime I come here even when it's not busy I wait for 10 or minutes. Last time they gave me my kids ice cream first and had literally all but melted by the time the food came.
We went thru the drive thru and waited at least 15 minutes. Which would be acceptable if the food was hot, but it was only slightly warm, and the fries were soggy and also only warm. I won't even go into how one of the containers of food was half dumped out in the bottom of the bag. I don't know how I could have done it, but it is posssible, so my score did not reflect that issue. This visit is hopefully only a one time issue because most of my visits to Culvers are normally Very Good experiences.
