We ordered 2 double butter burgers and when we got home one was a plain pulled pork sandwich. Who orders that? Felt like on purpose since they were rude to me.

Took forever for a fish sandwich and asked for a pup-cup to go but not until the food was ready..... didn't happen....20 minutes later, they gave me a new one to take home for my friends doggy.

abysmal service here. a bunch of untrained 15 year olds that don’t know what they’re doing. i had a free scoop token and ordered lemon ice. they brought me a large sized strawberry custard and then remade the same thing on the second try. the third try they made a lemon ice finally but made a large size which i would’ve been fine with but the token is supposed to be a kids size. so they remade it a fourth time. that’s ridiculous. i could’ve done it myself. Also there was no manager on duty to help.

Was told by drive thru service member that with a deluxe sandwich you have to add what you want on the sandwich. I never heard of that at other Culver's. My sandwich was missing everything I ordered..smh will not go back to this location.

I tried the Reuben sandwich for first time. The bread, cheese and kraut were ok. The meat was terrible. Too thin and slippery, impossible to bite through, every bite pulled a piece out to make a mess on my chin or in my hands. Rate it a "2" compared to McBob's '10'.
I order curbside pickup and every time I wait 10 minutes and then have to go in and pick up my food. If you aren't going to keep track of it you shouldn't offer it

This place really sucks when it comes to making people wait. Everytime I come here even when it's not busy I wait for 10 or minutes. Last time they gave me my kids ice cream first and had literally all but melted by the time the food came.
