Been with Farmer Brothers for over 7 years. Recently new management has taken them over and we have gotten nothing but terrible service. They have a great coffee product, so does Us Foods, Reinhart and Sysco. Our machine broke down and we called for service, it took 3 weeks to have a tech come out and look at the machine. The technician came out and the machine was not reparable, he had stated that he would find a new machine within a week. It has been over 7 weeks with no return call or coffee. Stay away they have the worst customer service you could expect. Nothing but stress and headaches
