Picked up a cheesesteak, brought it home and it was white, like chicken, and no mushrooms. Called the store and the woman on the phone said she made my sub and it was steak, and that's how it is supposed to look, and there were in fact mushrooms on it.
Note to self: Don't pay extra for mushrooms because you can't see or taste them, and their steak is a weird white color.
Sub was ok but not as good as I remember. Won't order that again.

I pick up catering orders from here several times a year, and I also come in for lunch several times a month. Consistently a great option - really good sandwiches and friendly service. The few times I had an issue, I returned to the store and they made it right without complaint and apologized for the mistake. The shorter African American manager also helped me out in a pinch once when I placed an order that was VERY last minute due to a change in schedule with visitors coming to visit our site. She was so kind and accommodating, even though my order clearly backed up the line a bit. Thanks for the great service. The only comment I would make is that I always pick up and take out. The one time I was considering eating in, there wasn't a clean table available. It's a sign of the times and places are short staffed, so I get it. The food prep area has always been very clean, though, which is what matters most.

Made an order through the app for pick up - by the time we arrived they hadn’t even started making any of our subs. All of the employees standing around talking, no initiative to make our food. All heads were down, no one clarifying why it was taking so long. Really disappointing and frustrating experience. Felt like I was watching them have a social hour.
Manager Becky is very rude and not very good at her job. Vendors beware, company doesn’t pay their bills.

The girl taking orders and slicing the deli meat was doing a great job today, but I didn’t appreciate her rolling her eyes at me and laughing when I very nicely smiled & reminded her about my veggie sub because I thought she forgot about it

Never been my fiancé finally talked me into going. The food was delicious. I liked how fresh the lettuce and the tomato and the onions were the crunch was delicious. I got the Italian Mike’s way. And the jalapeño kettle chips in the spicy dill pickle kettle chips even the cream soda was superb and I prefer Dr Pepper but that was pretty good soda.

This place is so overpriced. I could literally see through my pieces of roast beef on my sandwich. They really skimp, except for the vinegar - they put so much on it. It dripped all over my shirt.The workers except for the older man were clueless.
