Always an outstanding experience, from the natural ingredients, to the service, to the very tasty sub. I basically have to stop by and get a sub every time I'm in the area.

I placed an order online and picked it up, only to find once I got home that it wasn’t made the way I ordered it. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Becky, immediately accused me of lying and said she would check the cameras. Before I could even respond and encourage her to do so, she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Today I experienced the female employee at this jersey Mike’s, particularly be aggressive with customers. I witnessed it with my own eyes. The female employee needs to be talked to. If a customer walks in looking at an order, possibly being up in the pick up area, do not assume be respectful to the customer. I hope you learn from your mistakes and I hope your superiors do the right thing.

We ordered online, were very specific on what to put on who's sub. Apparently those special instructions really aren't important at the Pewaukee, WI store. This is the 2nd time we've ordered there online and both times they totally screwed up the order. This time was the worst, I ordered a mini for myself and a regular for my husband and they reversed them!!

This is the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. There were 5 customers deep, and no one was making any sandwiches. They were cleaning the back area, I saw two customers walk out.

We went on the Fourth of July around 130. The staff was disgruntled and talking about the call ins. The woman with braids who was working the meat slicer, honestly looked like she couldn’t have been more upset to be at work.
The whole time being there, it seemed as everyone (customers) was a bother to her. While standing waiting to order, we were not even greeted for several minutes.
The atmosphere was so tense.

I had to write about the manager at this Jersey Mike’s because the experience I had today was ridiculous.
I ordered a veggie sub online and it was wrong. I’m not sure if I messed up the order or if they did—but either way, it wasn’t that serious. Also, when I ordered online, I didn’t get a receipt, so I couldn’t even double-check what went wrong. I just wanted a simple fix.
Instead, I stood there for 8 minutes while the manager made it into an ordeal—calling over the employee and literally peeling my sandwich apart like it was evidence. I calmly explained (more than once) what was wrong, over the loud music, and stayed firm but respectful.
She could’ve had that sandwich remade and handed back to me in under three minutes—this didn’t need to be drawn out the way it was. But she insisted on embarrassing the employee by making him come out, open the sandwich, and try to figure out what was wrong, instead of just resolving it. It was a really simple mistake and could’ve been easily corrected.
Then she made a snide comment: “Next time, make sure you order it right.” That’s when I asked for my money back—because the comment was completely uncalled for. She could’ve just kept her mouth closed and remade the sandwich, but instead she chose to escalate the situation for no reason.
She accused me of yelling—which I hadn’t done. I told her, “If I’m yelling now, it’s because you’re annoying me. I just want my money back—it’s not that deep. It’s a sandwich.”
She stuck the receipt in my face and dragged out the refund. I had to ask several times before it was processed. While typing the refund, she read out loud the reason as “because customer ordered wrong.” She also made some comments as I walked out the door. Please review the footage from Saturday, June 21st, approximately 6:35 pm.
The customer is always right—and having someone with that attitude represent your brand is just bad business. The manager’s energy was defensive and combative from the start. I’ve seen other reviews that probably reference the same person, and now I understand why.
It was a sandwich that needed to be remade—not a murder investigation.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Pewaukee (Capitol Drive location) on Sunday, June 8, 2025, around 4:00 PM. I placed an online order for three subs: two Giant subs and one regular. I arrived a bit early to pick them up, and understandably, the order wasn’t ready yet, which I actually appreciated, since it usually means the food will be fresher.
One of the employees was working on my order while I waited about 15 minutes. During this time, the manager on duty was working on a laptop. Eventually, she started working on two other orders that came in while I was still waiting for mine to be completed. She didn’t oversee the employee who was making my subs, which ended up being a major issue.
When I got home, I was extremely frustrated to find that all three subs were regular size, even though I had clearly paid for two Giants and one regular. I called the store to let them know, and the manager insisted she saw two of the subs being made as Giants. That’s simply not true, not only did she not pay attention to the preparation of my order, but she was also busy with other things and not supervising at the time.
I want to be clear that I don’t have a complaint about the employee making the subs. My issue is entirely with the manager’s attitude and lack of accountability. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution right away, she implied that I was trying to take advantage of the situation, which is both unfair and insulting. I don’t need anything extra — I just expect to receive what I paid for.
Although this is the closest Jersey Mike’s to my home, I won’t be returning. If you do decide to go to this location, double-check your order before you leave. It might save you the trouble and disappointment I experienced.
At the end of the call, the manager said she would refund the difference for the two Giant subs but only after making me feel like I was doing something wrong. That’s not how customers should be treated.

My wife went to pick dinner up for us at 8:41pm and upon walking in was told they were closed. Posted closing time was 9pm. Disappointing to say the least
Ordered 2 subs and 2 bags of chips, called up to the store to get a refund and the girl that answered turned away from phone told the other person working that she had packed the order and put the chips in the bag and yet I sit here chipless. Avoid this location full of lying employees.
