I hate to leave a bad review but felt obligated to here. Came for a quick sandwich with my parents before going to the lake for the day. Only two staff working and clearly running a bit behind, likely from mobile orders as the store was not busy. We waited for 5 minutes for one of the employees to acknowledge as we watched food slowly be made and one of the two employees wipe her nose several times in the midst of making food. As the line got longer behind us, we decided this wasn't worth our time and left, going to the nearby Delafield location instead, where service was as expected for a Jimmy Johns.

Unfortunately, can't recommend this location. Hope they are able to improve but we'll be taking business elsewhere.

Ordered #16 with cheese, no tomato and a small drink. Get home to eat and there’s tomato on my sandwich and the drink tastes funny. I was the only person in the store ordering at the time.

Food is fine. Customer service is not good. This place is close to my house. Been to this location about 6 time and never once had a good customer service experience. Staff is rude and lack any ability to efficiently communicate.

Food good. Customer service is poor and always has been. When you’re friendly to the workers they look at you like you’re stupid. Throwing in the towel with this location.

This place is the opposite of freaky fast. Went in for a sub around the noon hour and there was a lone line of customers waiting for their subs. The two guys on the line were so slow and the girl running the register was extremely unfriendly boarder line rude to every person coming in. Then she stood on her cellphone once the customers who were in line ordered. She shouldn’t be working in a customer service role in any capacity.

I love Jimmy John's this would just not be the location I choose again. Customer service was very poor and made it a bad experience it's okay your busy just be nice about it, definitely could use some extra hand working at busy times of the day

I know probably nobody cares but when you place an order the day before to be picked up between 1215 and 1230 and you show up at 12:30 and they say it’s gonna be another 20 to 30 minutes because they’re busy and literally said they don’t care and they can cancel the order. This was $100 catering order and they were so rude and don’t care about their customers just saying that they’re busy. Well, if you’re busy, maybe you need to hire more people so you can keep your commitments when you give somebody a time that something’s gonna be ready.

This franchise doesn't honor the rewards or offers. Not sure why they have all over their store to download the app for rewards. Don't waste your time.

We placed a group order, but the sandwiches were not made according to our specifications. We only ordered five sandwiches, and this store is completely useless. Please be careful before ordering.

Worst JJ ever.

Updated: Out of spite, they sent the missing package with a lot of extra items. I guess the employees were frustrated based on the number of packets sent. They still didn’t include all the items.

Still the worst. They seems to be rude.

I ordered $100.00 worth of mini subs to be delivered at a certain time to my store. I called when they were 20 minutes late to be told their driver was not there yet! I called again at 45 minutes late to get the same answer. They really did not seem to care. I ended up having to pick my order up on one of the busiest days! I will NOT order again from this store!

Added items to my sandwiches, was charged, and they weren’t on the sandwiches. I had ordered for delivery and instead of Jimmy John’s delivery, Uber eats delivered and it took over 45 minutes. Won’t be using this location ever again.

I have been waiting for over an hour for ONE sub and ONE soda. I have now called the store 5x and no answer. I work hard for the money I am spending to order from Jimmy John’s and I’m disgusted in this service. Here I sit with no food ever delivered and no money back!
