Took over an hour for delivery and when it arrived it was wrong, and skimpy on the ingredients
We placed a group order, but the sandwiches were not made according to our specifications. We only ordered five sandwiches, and this store is completely useless. Please be careful before ordering.
Worst JJ ever.
Updated: Out of spite, they sent the missing package with a lot of extra items. I guess the employees were frustrated based on the number of packets sent. They still didn’t include all the items.
Still the worst. They seems to be rude.

I ordered $100.00 worth of mini subs to be delivered at a certain time to my store. I called when they were 20 minutes late to be told their driver was not there yet! I called again at 45 minutes late to get the same answer. They really did not seem to care. I ended up having to pick my order up on one of the busiest days! I will NOT order again from this store!

Added items to my sandwiches, was charged, and they weren’t on the sandwiches. I had ordered for delivery and instead of Jimmy John’s delivery, Uber eats delivered and it took over 45 minutes. Won’t be using this location ever again.

I have been waiting for over an hour for ONE sub and ONE soda. I have now called the store 5x and no answer. I work hard for the money I am spending to order from Jimmy John’s and I’m disgusted in this service. Here I sit with no food ever delivered and no money back!

So my wife places an online order at this location. The order is waiting for me. I pull out my phone to double check the order and a girl looks at me and says with an attitude everything's there. Like I was bothering them and me spending my hard earn money here meant nothing. After driving about three blocks away from the location, I realize I didn't get my beverages. That's why I was double-checking my order but I felt so hurried I forgot them. Mind you, when I walked into the store everybody was sitting in Booth playing on their phones. As a general manager of a restaurant since they had nothing going on, I feel they should be super happy that I walked in the door. Very disappointed with the way I was treated today. Might be time to check out Jersey Mike's

This location consistently messes up delivery orders. We order JJ maybe 2-3 times per month, I am not exaggerating when I say that EVERY SINGLE TIME our order is messed up. Items are not added that are requested, items are not removed that are requested, sometime we flat out get the wrong sub. When I add bacon to a sub (which is a pricey upcharge) it’s a coin toss as to if they will actually put it on the sub. Most of the time we put up with up with it and deal with the incorrect order, other times we call the store to request a new sub. The GM of this branch should be ashamed at the incompetence of their staff and take corrective action immediately, and judging by the other reviews we are not the only ones who have a negative experience with this location.
This place operates just fine. I'm always happy. I never get delivery. I worked delivery and 45 minutes for a delivery is totally normal. Freaky Fast only applies if you walk in and make an order. Anyone who thinks it applies to delivery has defective thinking. They're not they only order they received all day.
Ordered delivery when I had covid a month ago. Each of the two times the delivery took over an hour (we live under 10 min away). Went the other day to get food before brewers game (around 5 or 6). The two men there were very aloof and didn’t really interact. They just kinda stared at us as if we were aliens. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. None of the tables were clean. There was also boxes of crap where there was extra sitting. I’ve only had bad experiences at this location and it’s pretty sad. Just the worst customer experience. Oh forgot to add, I mobile ordered 10-15 min before arriving and they didn’t even start to make my order. They weren’t even busy. I’ve never have felt inclined to leave a bad review but after the

This is the best. Meal was fine. It’s JJs. Finished my lunch and went to the register to get change for a $20 and put $5 in the tip jar. Dude in front of me walked away without looking at me and the 3 on the sandwich didn’t make eye contact either. So I skipped the tip. I went in for a quick sandwich for lunch and it took half an hour to get my order. The person making the sandwich didn’t even call my number so the other customer in the store took my order. They ended up having to remake my single sandwich and it took even longer to get. For a $20 sandwich there’s other places to go with better service.

Idk why people are so down on this... food industry is a tough game.I will say my good friend used to run this joint. Since she left it has kept up to par. I order from then often because I am on keto diet, and I have no complaints ever. Everything comes fresh and delicious. I think the only complaint is not enough meat ?Thank you guys for keeping my keto diet happy with lettuce wraps!
