Great selection of comfort food!

I have always enjoyed my visits to the Machine shed. The food has always been good. Service is hit or miss depending on how busy they get. I enjoy checking out the gift shop at the front.

Food- Absolutely awful. My first time there, we stopped Friday the 4th around 6pm. Everything else was closed, so we stopped by this place with my daughters. The fish fry was cold fishy for a cod and chewy. I couldn’t even cut it with the fork. My daughter had a chicken Dijon sandwich, she tried eating half but the chicken was super dry and flavorless.
The coffee was good!
I wouldn’t dine there again, over priced for the quality. I wouldn’t mind paying a little higher price for something GOOD.

Service was not bad. I just really dislike when servers just let dishes accumulate and don’t even have space to sign the bill on the table .

Always a good meal and good service

Great service from Brian and you get warm cinnamon apple/warm assorted breads/cole slaw and sautéed veggies family style. They have an all you can eat salad bar either soup for $13 and change that looked great. Bar area with happy hour and great shopping and gift ideas - always spot on with cleanliness, service and food.

We stopped for a late lunch. There wasn't alot of customers. Our waitress was so friendly, professional and a real joy to have. My husband had a burger and he loved it. I had chicken which was okay.

Our waitress Sheila was so engaging, her banter was very refreshing. We will go there again just to have her as our waitress.
The food was very good portions were just right a very flavorful.

Ordered the fried chicken. On receipt the chicken had a foul odor. I immediately knew the chicken had been dropped in under temperature and molded grease. I didn't eat the chicken. Couldn't stand having it close to my nose. Also had no desire to find out what the chicken would taste like. Should have, but didn't complain to anyone. Took it home and fed it to the pups. One of them threw it up. Now, even I'm guilty of serving terrible fried chicken. I do not recommend ordering fried foods from the Shed. I'm convinced they neither strain or refrigerate their grease at the end of each day and are allowing the food particulate left in the grease to rot. And are then using it for more days then is safe or healthy.

I want to just share my experience….. We have had a really rough week and thought we go have great dinner and went to Thunder Bay but it wasn’t what we wanted and came over here where the fabulous Ms.Tricia and Ms. Kelly & Mr. Taylor made it amazing and worth while seriously amazing woot woot to that team !!!!!!!! Have an amazing night guys thanks for fixing the rest of our week !!!!!
