I leave reviews often—good and bad—and I try to be fair. But this experience was just plain frustrating.
I placed a simple order through the drive-thru, nothing complicated. When I got to the window, it was completely wrong. No explanation, no effort to fix it, and no sense of urgency from the staff. I waited for a bit, hoping someone would at least acknowledge the mistake, but that never happened.
I ended up just leaving—without the food I ordered—and still got charged. It’s one thing to mess up an order, but the complete lack of service or accountability made it worse.
This isn’t my first visit to this location, but it might be my last. Disappointing all around.

McDonald's was unhealthy food . Ask for no salt on fries . And they give me salt on fries. Asked for tomato and lettuce on fish fillet, got heavy sauce . Going back, nope
Quarter pounder was literally raw. Got it through the drive through and didn't look at it until I was home. Threw it away.

Jamie at the window from start to finish had the most amazing personality and her customer service was impeccable! I’ve never been treated with such kindness at a drive through and especially so late at night and after a packer loss !
