The current customer service was so bad it makes the good food taste not matter, at a certain point to have only mostly kids working here in the afternoon sucks tremendously, they have no care whatsoever whoever the manager is here please don’t leave those two boys here alone anymore I don’t care what they’re telling you 01/10/2025

be careful with what you order, nobody here speaks English, only Spanish, orders will not be okay like you think, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD, DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE COMES HERE FOR FOOD!! dining room is freezing no heat!! nobody is multilingual!!

I bought and paid through the app for three grinch meals. I am a mail carrier and worked until 730 today I got my meals curb side at my pewaukee MCDS and got home mind you haven’t eaten Mac Donald’s in a year. I was excited to get the grinch meal because he’s my favorite. Got home spent $46 on three meals food was sub par and worse we only got 1 pair of socks for the three grinch meals we ordered. I’m sad I’m tired.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Mcdonald's and that is saying a lot. It took 10 minutes for the employees to acknowledge the 2 vehicles ahead of me in line. It took me repeating the order 2 times to get it taken. They are acting like it's culver's where the food is made fresh after you order but it was all cold. I cant even say any of it was even luke warm. While waiting at the pickup window for 5 minutes for my food I see 3 employees just standing around with headphones on doing absolutely nothing. I will willingly drive extra distance to avoid this McDonald's.

Forgot to add the coffee to two lattes. Not sure how that got messed up. Went through the drive thru and didn't realize til we were 5 minutes out.
Extremely slow service, took them 45 minutes to get me ONE sandwich. Had to communicate multiple times and none of them even spoke English to understand me. I understand they are busy but this was the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Please don’t go here. It’s dirty, slow and the food is bad.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. My daughter and I ran through the drive thru to get 2 Mcflurries. It was not busy. We both got the same kind. They were too lazy to mix them. Seriously?
