My family and I went around 1:00 pm on 6/02/2025 we were upset to see the manager on shift that day was mistreating her crew as a former restaurant owner I believe in positive reinforcement for employees. We hope this will be addressed we won't be returning until then. Thank you

This place is not what it used to be. Now it is run by a staff that make you wait forever for your food when you're inside and don't jump to help you when you're noticed. Very poor mannerisms by staff that look like they don't want to be there. Just not a welcoming atmosphere one bit!
I hope this McDonald's is reading these reviews because they are pretty poor. When I'm in the area, I'll have to go to the one on 83 instead but I avoided it recently due to the construction.

This location is friendly and comfortable. The locals hangout in the morning for a good laugh and meal together. The food arrives fast and accurate.
I am not surprised this place has a 2.6 rating out of 823 reviews. The manager the night of April 24th around 6pm should be fired. Wouldn't serve me my food through the drive thru because I wouldn't pull up while no one was behind me. I went to this location because I hate the one on capital I guess it's off to the one on Silvernail rd I go. She decided to refund a 40 dollar order instead of just getting my food.

got a fudge sundae with extra fudge and they gave me NONE. But when we got up to the window he just gave me my drink and slammed the sliding door before I could ask for sauce. They have NO talking skills it’s ridiculous

march 28, best day ever. my colleague and I were scrolling through available restaurants nearby, and stumbled upon this location. we were amazed by how truly horrible the reviews were. while scrolling, we said we MUST dip our toes in.
while arriving, we were a little thrown off when the dining room doors were locked. okay no biggie though!!!!! we quickly moved on to bigger and brighter things: the drive thru.
we were greeted with delight and eagerness after waiting ten seconds. the mcdonald’s worker was friendly, and we had no issues while ordering, until one hiccup. my dear colleague requested a ‘daily double’, a luxurious 2 pattied burger accompanied by lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and onions. a work of art truly. anyways, our sweet friend in the drive thru said : “a what?” hopes. crushed. okay but no worries though! seems as though they are sold at select locations, totally a customer issue.
nevertheless, we persisted on with our $5 meal deals and pulled up to the second window. we only had to wait 20 seconds before being greeted by our beautiful bearded friend, let’s call him sue. sue immediately notified us that the fries were fresh and delicious and BOY OH BOY was he right?! (more to come on this later…) and with an enticing smile on his face, he handed us our order and left us wanting more…
we zipped into a parking spot and unboxed the marvelous beauty before us. now back to fresh fries thing, MAMMA MIA !!! these fries were toooo gooooood. along with our near perfect mcnuggets and sandwiches that followed, these fries were perfection. I can’t say enough of how impressed my colleague and I were. our jaws were open the whole time.
after the delicious meal, we rubbed our bellies and said “mmm mmmmmmm” before heading back home. just a short 2 minutes.
and with that, we can’t recommend this location enough. we laughed, we cried, and we shared some intimate moments. make memories today, and visit this mcdonald’s on ryan street.

Never easy here. Always a terribly long wait with only one or two cars in line. Have had to go inside after waiting 20+ minutes for a small drive thru order. Have not met one friendly employee

Service here as went completely downhill in the past 7mos I don't know where an entire crew has but the new crew just can't get it together, I've had items missing when I return to work , very messy sandwiches and I once found a long hair in my sandwich.They leave you at the speaker entirely too long just to park you after you've paid and further wait for them to bring out your order , some people don't have allday because we are on lunchbreaks!!!
