Have been eating at moes in Pewaukee for a while. Looks like there are new owners. When checking out, I observed the new female owner, while making food, wiping her runny nose twice on her gloves. I should have thought faster and just walked out, but I paid for my food and threw it out. Seemingly they don’t care about food safely, I will never return.

These reviews are so outdated. The manager, Esther, is literally the sweetest and most friendly person you’ll ever meet. The food is so good and the service is great. The employees are very friendly and give you good portions. I go to this Moe’s at least once a week so this is literally my go to place when I work from home. Completely disregard all old reviews, they’re outdated.

Great food but the hours aren’t correct in the app and they now have winter hours that closes them on Sunday my biggest day for eating out. Guess I probably won’t eat as much here like Chick-fil-A. And their burritos are better than Qdoba.

I tried to redeem my birthday burrito at this location. I placed an order for pickup. I get to the store and the order is not ready. I speak to the manager. The manager claims that corporate called and said to cancel the order and to explain to me that if I want the burrito, that I have to pay for it. If you don’t want to make good on an offer, dont offer it then! How petty!

Moe’s was an overall delightful experience. The burrito was huge and packed with tons of flavor, everything was hot and fresh, and even the salsas had some spice to them! The best chain-restaurant burrito around, with way more options and flavor than the competitors. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, they made everybody who came in, including myself, feel like you had known them forever.
They did the unspeakable…$18 burrito should be overflowing with generous food but really, they use small serving spoons AND THEN SCRAPE OFF the extra.Also not keto friendly. NO option to custom order anything without paying unfairly extra for less food.The dude at the cash register is hyper supervising nerve-wracked teams. Be nice to staff and scowl at the manager. I’m doubtful tips make it to the team.
