The service from Molly's is just incredible. The staff is so nice and helpful. I usually don't get off work til right before they close, and when they post about new treats they made, I always call to have them put some aside for me so I can snag them! They are always so kind to do so. Had them make a birthday cake and it turned out excellent!! Their campfire cookies are just chefs kiss. Love their grab and go pizzas too!

Amazing!!!! My friend and I stopped in to get a gf muffin and I walked out buying many items. ALL were so delicious! This is probably one of THE BEST all gluten free bakeries I've ever visited. It will definitely be a staple stop whenever I'm in town visiting. You have to check it out!🙌🥰

Bought some Italian bread at a farmers market and had to then drive to their store to purchase a slew more! So delicious. Can’t believe any of its GF! Just made grilled sandwiches with some of the bread. Fantastic. The English muffins are delicious as well. Freezes well. Wish they were closer to me in Janesville! Worth the trip!

Wonderful GF bakery. A wide variety of items to choose from; fresh and frozen. Breads, bars, cookies, pies, cakes. Not what you find in the frozen section of a grocery store. Being celiac I don’t have to worry about cross contamination! The staff were friendly and helpful!

I purchased English muffins this past weekend at Maifest. I almost cried eating a toasted muffin this morning. In my 8 years being gluten free due to celiac, I finally found an English muffin that tastes better than a glutenFULL muffin. I'll definitely make a trip to your bakery to discover more deliciousness.

I recently attended the Gluten Free Fest in Union Grove, WI. The event was heavily attended with many shoppers & about a dozen vendors. The longest line was at Mollys Bakery. She has a nice variety of GF breads & pasteries. I immediately grabbed a bag of English Muffins & got in line with the others. The line moves quickly…when I returned to the table to pay I was pleasantly surprised & alittle disappointed because nearly everything was purchased!!!! The owner could never of predicted how successful she would be at this event & even told me she brought THREE TIMES what she normally packs for such an event!!!! Anyway, this morning I enjoyed an English Muffin - it was SO PERFECT! I only added a bit of butter because I wanted to enjoy the crunch, nooks & crannies & softness of the muffin. I can’t wait to take a trip to her bakery. This was delicious! Thank you!!!

The pizza was always great. Since the new people took over. It is terrible. Not enough sauce on the pie.

Great GF bakery! Pricey but worth it. My personal decadent favorite is the mint brownie! Right now, I'm savoring the blueberry coffee cake. Deelish!
