My family is new to the area, and we visited Mugshotz for corned beef! Corned beef is only available on St. Patricks Day. We were sold on the variety of other options available. Everyone, staff, and customers were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered Bang bang shrimp tacos, a burger meal, a tender meal, loaded potato skins and beef tacos! Every item was fantastic! I look forward to becoming a regular.

Me and my friend just wanted to place a to-go order for a sprite and a milkshake. We tell the hostess and she asks us to wait a minute. Ok. She seats the people in front of us and then starts seating the people that got there after us. We waited on the hostess for 10-15mins. In all fairness it was busy. So we walk up to the bar. The bartender really seemed like she would have rather been anywhere but there. She was not friendly. She tells my friend that it will be 15 minutes for a shake and that there are 6 shakes in front of her. My friend orders a shake anyways and it literally took 5 mins. Overall, just kinda disorganized and unhelpful for what was literally just a shake and a fountain drink to go.

When the bill came and I questioned it, the server said “yeah our menus are seven years old“. I said, but I have not been here before how would I know that? Her answer was “unfortunately I have been here for seven years“ and that was the end of the conversation.
