We really enjoy their food, but EVERY time we order, it is incorrect. Last time I ordered a pick 2 (soup & sandwich) and they forgot the sandwich! I think the guy who took our order was too busy talking to his friends to get our order correct. The time before that, we ordered a salad with extra dressing and they forgot the dressing! What a shame. They need a proper manager and more training on accuracy.

I tried to order a strawberry banana smoothie. They told me they were out of banana's?Then I tried to order a six pack of pumpkin cookies. They were out of that to?I think they should restock on more ingredients. It says on their menu certain items they have available, but when you go there it's not available. Kinda expensive prices for small portions of items as well.

I drove through the drive-thru. I ordered soup. Staff never asked my rewards number. Then I picked up my soup. I asked if the baguette was in the bag. She told me they ran out of bread and she gave me chips. Why was it not mentioned when I ordered soup? I am not impressed with customer service. Will be moving onto a different Panera.
The cashier Christian this morning was extremely helpful, super friendly, and engaging, I truly believe he’s a wonderful person on the team and tell him to keen that million dollar smile going.

Got two half sandwiches, one Chipotle Chicken Avocado and one Caprese. They were our of the bread they come with so had to substitute. But worst by far was that they were both SO INCREDIBLY SALTY that I couldn't even finish them!!! UGH.
