The manager on hand was pleasant and helpful. The only drawback is that on a Tuesday at lunchtime, she is the only person working. Answering phones, walk in customers and making the pizzas. Management/owners should staff accordingly on Tuesdays.

Papa Murphys pizza is always a family favorite, but at this location, my wife had ordered online an hour ahead. Upon arrival, the lady was on a person phone call, ignored my wife and went to the back. Once my wife was helped, nothing was made (early afternoon in a Tuesday- no one else in sight). My wife was treated very rudely as if we were interrupting.

Taste was amazing. There was an amazing amount of toppings on the pizzas. I brought my niece with me, and upon arrival the pizzas were all ready to go and the girl working behind the counter was so polite and right away offered my 2 year old niece 2 stickers.

GREAT DEALS in a time where everything is so expensive.
It’s easy to order online and walk into the Papa Murphy’s in Pewaukee and grab your pizza and go! But the staff is amazing, and they always say hi and by! Just the little things that make me order from them often!

I can not even believe how rudely I was treated at this business, this was probably the worst customer service I have ever received from any business in my lifetime. Will never come back.

Wouldn’t take a gift card because their “system wasn’t working”. Charged me full price. 0 out of 10, won’t be going back.

Food is good. Service at this location was awful. I ordered 3 pizzas. A pepperoni, a sausage, and a chicken garlic (menu item). Worker had no idea what the menu item was. Couldn’t keep up with me saying “a family pepperoni and a family sausage” AND CHARGED ME FOR A 4th PIZZA THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR!! So I got an extra cheese pizza for no reason. Wasn’t even worth the conversation of the mix up because she was clearly not properly trained or just that clueless

Order ready when promised and sufficient amount of toppings. Was delicious!

Called and was asked to hold. They laid phone down, so I could hear what was going on. After 22 minutes, I hung up and Called a different store. Guess Pewaukee didn't want my business.
