Awful customer service! Placed my order in person, I walked up to cashier and said hello and got stared down with not a word back. Placed order, she didn't say a word again, and when I was handed my receipt and said thank you, I got another stare down. On top of that, my pizza made by the same girl, was wrong. When I called it out I was asked by who I assume was the manager if incorrect ingredients could just be picked off. I said no, and the response was tossing the pizza across the back counter with, "Fine, we'll make a new one." Really? Customer lost.

Don’t order curbside. Apparently the employees are too busy sitting at the counter doing nothing to bring the order out. Had to take my sleeping daughter out of her car seat to go in to get the order.

Food is great if you can get it. They start shutting down at 6:30 so don’t walk in at 6:50 and expect to get food. They have all the food put away and ready to head home before 7pm. It was 6:55 tonight and a “sorry we packed all the food away already”.

The Saturday before Halloween we ordered 11 pizzas. They were scheduled to be picked up at 1 but due to everyone ordering pizza for trick o treat, they were running out of dough and were overwhelmed. The store called to tell us that they are being flooded with orders and that our 1pm order won’t be ready until 5. Rather than getting upset for the delay I had to give the credit for taking on so many orders at once. So thanks for the great teamwork in getting our huge order in.

We arrived at 4:50 and they closed at 5:00.I understand it is not ideal but they had already locked the doors and refused to accommodate. As a fellow service industry worker, and the establishment that I work for, we would have gladly serviced anyone walking in before 5, with a smile.Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service!! I ordered a special cheesy bread and they didn’t have it, but they still charged me for it. The young useless woman behind the counter had a terrible attitude and was of no help whatsoever. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!
