Thank you for the cold pizza. Below is the timeline of my order so you can understand the issue clearly: 5:47 PM – Order placed Shortly after – Received a text with a delivery link stating an estimated delivery of 6:17 PM 6:03 PM – Received a text from DoorDash stating they had just received the order, with a new delivery time of 7:23 PM 6:16 PM – I called the store due to the confusion with the two different delivery times -I was told the order had been transferred to DoorDash -I was informed that once the DoorDash driver was notified, the pizzas were then put into the oven -I was told the pizzas had about 7 minutes left to cook and would be at my house shortly 6:20 PM – DoorDash canceled the delivery and transferred the order back to Pizza Hut 6:48 PM – Finally received a message stating the order was on its way 6:57 PM – Order arrived Both pizzas were cold upon arrival. Given the delays, order handoffs, and conflicting information, this experience was very frustrating. I would appreciate this being reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.

I placed my order to go and everything was packaged nicely, still hot when I got home, and tasted good. I'd order from here again.
Will not go here anymore. People are nice but pizza is either totally burnt (do you not see this when you put it in the box??) or overcooked and with hardly any sauce so it's just a chewy puddle of grease. Once in a while they get it right not not often enough. Hope they can figure it out before this is the next location to shut its doors.

We ordered food at 10:30, said it would be delivered at 11:11 and never showed up. Tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. Finally talked to someone (hit the prompt to order) and he said would arrive at 11:59… our food never showed up and still couldn’t get a hold of the actual store. Worst experience!!!

I got 5 cheese pizzas & 2 pepperoni's. 4 of the cheese pizzas were burnt. Also didn't receive double order of breadsticks or dipping sauce for wings. When you try to call, you can't get through to anybody after you go through the automation. This location seems to only depend on who's there working at that time that decides whether their food is decent or crap. Never going back to this location, they've made it obvious to customers they don't give a shit!
Awful. We will not be going back. We ordered two pizzas. One had very little sauce. The other one was burned so badly we were not able to eat 1/3 of it. When I called the restaurant, no one answered the phone. I think the management changed…the quality used to be great but now it is terrible. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

This is my second bad experience with this location, and I won't be ordering again. My most recent order was made at 3:20 on a Friday. I made the order for delivery at 5:15. At 5:40 I called to ask about the delivery. Told"pizza is coming" and disconnected. I called back, was able to asked about timing for the pizza, I voiced concerns pizza would be cold upon arrival. Reassured, pizza would be fresh and hot and disconnected. Pizza arrived 6:18 pm. Two pizzas, and bread sticks, all very cold. There is one photo below. Just crap food and crap service.

Receipt shows order was made at 330pm to be delivered at 515. At 540 I called told my order received thank you hang up. Call back get a person with a very heavy accent tell me my pizza will come when the delivery person comes. Then 30 to 40 minutes. I said that's not ok. Food will be cold. As documented on the photo. The food was cold. Easier to tell on the pepperoni pizza which is embarrassing for them. Food was over an hour late, but looked as it was sitting around for a longgg time. My second bad experience here recently. It's clear there is different management/ownership. I'm done

Got delivery which was good. Came quickly. The pizza however was the worst pizza I've ever had. It tastes like cardboard and their pizza sauce was too dominating. I also ordered extra cheese and their wasn't any.
