Order food for delivery card charged and no food delivered and store closed ?

We ordered food and never received it. We’re from out of town. We placed the order at 10:30pm it’s not 12:10am and we still haven’t received it or talked to anyone. They took our money and never gave us our food

The melt was not good. The outside was kind of burned/overdone and the inside cheese was strange and not melted. Cheese breadsticks were great.

My family ordered pizza on 3/28 in the evening. There was ONE person working. He made the pizzas, ran the oven, and worked as a cashier. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! The food was delicious, and he had wonderful customer service. Give him a hefty raise, you can afford it, you're a corporate company. He ran this store BY HIMSELF and did it so successfully. He deserves better.

Ordered online delivery, waited an hour, called the "restaurant" which goes to a switch line, they have to forward you to the restaurant, no one answered 3 times.I went to location, was going to take the pizza until the manager blamed me for the phone number not coming out right on their online form. I said I get that, but you guys wouldnt answer your phone.He flipped out and started yelling at me, teens don't work anymore etc and screamed do I want my pizza or not. I said no and left. Came back to get receipt (was still charged for pizza delivery and tip!) he crumpled it and threw it in my face..Called Pizza Hut Corporate and sent 2 "contact us" messages. Nothing, you'd think when a manager assaults a customer they would follow up no?

I ordered over the phone only to find the store closed when I got there. They said online it was open until midnight but I guess not. So I called again and found out it was just a call center that answered and not any employees from the actual store. So annoying

There are three pizza places within half-mile stretch of Capitol Drive. This is the only one that doesn't deliver to my address, 4 miles away. I recommend Rosatis for quality and Domino's for value for those looking for pizza in this area.

Pizza isn't even cooked all the way and they got my order wrong. Most disgusting thing I've probably ever tried to eat.

Food it pretty good and consistent but if you don’t order a special or use a coupon it is a rip off. $31 for a pizza with average toppings that almost served 2 people.
