I called to order two meals for take for takeout and a young man by the name of Pano answer the phone and the first thing I noticed was his positive energy and how respectful and courteous he was when he was taking my order. He used words that you don't hear much of now a days like like hello, thank you for calling in, how can I help you, is there anything else you may want, repeating the order back to me with no mistakes, and here's the big one saying THANK YOU! And just like he said 15 minutes your order will be ready and it was. When I went to pick up he greeted me with a handshake and let me know how much he appreciated our business. Pano you are an exceptional representative for the restaurant polite, smart, unbelievable social skills and respectfulness, not to mention a great looking young man. Thank you for the great service Pano I see lots of success in your future.

My wife Haley and I have been coming here since our second date, and it’s been our go-to spot ever since. As a gay couple, feeling truly welcome isn't always a given — but at Rox, we’ve always been treated like family. This place is inclusive, kind, and just plain awesome. Accepting of all views and beliefs regardless of what they are, without openly pushing beliefs onto you.
The staff? Absolutely legendary.
Julie is our bar mom. She's been cheering us on as a couple since day one, and we love her deeply. She truly cares about her customers, and it shows every time we see her.
Amanda is the ray of sunshine everyone needs. No matter the day, she lifts your spirits and keeps the energy high — all while being excellent at what she does.
Iris is no-nonsense and all heart. She's an absolute powerhouse behind the bar and clearly gives 110% every single shift.
Pano is the up-and-comer to watch. Friendly, driven, and already a star — he's the future face of Rox, no doubt (sorry Dino and Hari 😄). Oh, and yeah, he's young and handsome — bonus points!
Rosa is the definition of dependable. She treats her regulars like family and always seems to know exactly what you need before you say it.
Raoul is the man. Always welcoming, always cool — he treats us like we’re longtime friends, and that kind of warmth sticks with you.
Mandy? Mandy makes the sh*t run. Organized, sharp, and essential. Everyone needs a Mandy in their lives.
Dino and Hari — you’re the foundation of this whole place. Nothing more needs to be said — you two are just f***ing amazing.
Beyond the staff, Rox has everything: karaoke nights, live music (Ryan McIntyre on Thursdays is our fav!), darts, gambling machines, and killer drink specials.
The food? Wildly underrated. It’s high-quality across the board. The gyro pizza and gyro nachos are our top picks, but we also love the reubens, wings, spinach & artichoke dip with pita, turkey bacon wrap, crispy fries, and those perfectly extra crispy tots. Honestly, we could go on and on. And don’t forget — Spring City Restaurant is right next door and part of the same amazing family.
They also have an awesome variety of alcohol and great merch — yes, we proudly own Rox shirts!
Rox Bar & Grille isn’t just a bar. It’s a home away from home. We can’t recommend it enough.

this place is excellent especially on Thursday night when Ryan Mcentyre plays. We come from Phoenix to see family and never miss an opportunity to relax in the Rox Bar.

Food was dive bar food, nothing special. Long wait for drinks with about a dozen customers in bar. Bartender was friendly, surprised at top notch karaoke and was first time visitor. Would stop by again for karaoke but probably would not stop in for food, drinks and social hours with friends due to subpar food and long wait times for drinks. 5 plus minutes at bar on multiple occasions.
Iris is my spirit animal. She is a rare gem in the service industry! Hands down the best spot in Waukesha Co. for drinks & a Saturday night out!

This is a great place for larger groups to watch sports and hang out. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. I was here with a small group on Sunday night and it was not busy. The food was fantastic, everything we had was very good.
