The food was excellent and our server was very attentive. Sitting outside by Pewaukee lake is beautiful, although traffic gets a little noisy at times.
Went on a Saturday afternoon and although the patio was busy, the inside was not. The younger staff was inexperienced and it took almost 5 minutes for someone bring waters and take our order. The chips were poured out of a bag and the amount of pico should be 3 times the amount for the number of chips given. The house margarita was decent and my kid really liked the lemonade! After seeing orders coming out of the kitchen, all garnished with sour cream drizzle, and the lack of and next to no vegetarian options, we paid the check and left to go eat somewhere else. I get it that beggars can't be choosers out there and the location is prime, yet not worth my money again....
Our food was over salted and sauces were too sweet. The chipotle sauce tasted like miracle whip with a touch of orange coloring. I'm sad to say we could've had better Mexican food at Taco Bell at a fraction of the price.
Good little taco shop. Great atmosphere.
This is one of our favorite places. Food is really good, we usually go with the burritos and tamales, but I hear the street tacos are excellent too.
Recommend spicy tilapia on corn tacos ~$15 and a shrimp enchiladas ~$18. Great ambience as facing the lake but has limited seating inside and could be crowded on a busy day. Expect small portions and menu is little pricy.
The food and drinks are always good! I have celiac disease, and they have plenty of GF options.
I had the enchilada platter which was excellent! The guacamole was super fresh and chunky.
I love the location . Food was really good also

What a gem! Freshly made from fresh ingredients results in flavorful medley of traditional Mexican choices. We could eat there daily and rarely repeat. For a bonus treat we dined in lakeview.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level walkways and plenty of rollup tables.

The most amazing margaritas and tremendous service!!! The tacos have a real lot of some kind of white cheese on top. Definitely so-so in my opinion. Two margaritas and four tacos = $67.36
Cool place on the lake!

Cute little Mexican lake shore stop. The food was fantastic, slightly disappointed in the portion sizes for the price but honestly the food was so good I would definitely go back. Steak tostadas the steak was seasoned perfectly, the chips and salsa were decent, the cod fish tacos were fantastic loved the chipotle sauce and the red sauce enchiladas were fantastic as well. Great kid menu options and prices. Over all was very happy with the food just a little disappointed on the portion sizes. Our server was a middle aged woman with medium length dirt blonde hair she was very nice and attentive. Although there was a server, young with long brown hair that seemed a bit unprofessional l. She was continually checking her phone and sitting at the bar, I had noticed one of her tables outside had to come inside to find her to place a order. Very small restaurant that seems to get a lot of reservations so I would recommend calling ahead.
Parking: Can be difficult to find parking and to back out of the parking if you park right in the front
Kid-friendliness: Great kid menu options and great prices for kids

I went to this place mostly for the atmosphere. I got a beer and chips with Salsa. Basic and fair price, as you can see in the attached receipt. Now I ran out of salsa and requested another small container. I enjoyed the second one and still had lots of chips remaining as you can see in the picture. Then the bill came. It charged me $4 for the extra salsa (chips with one salsa $5.95). I expressed my surprise to the waitress and wish she would have told me about the extra charge before hand. She apologized. Next I notice a $.67 charge for using my credit card. Again not disclosed in advance. I was disappointed with the service and I will not come back because of the reasons above.
