I ordered a iced coffee which hardly had any ice in it almost melted not cold at all.Also, after I pulled off the lid wasn't on right or something.. so the coffee spilled on my shirt every sip I tried to take.There bacon doesn't look cooked all the way, it's very chewy.The breakfast sandwiches are very small.Long wait for horrible service.
All the news about Starbucks is true. The end may be near for them. You preorder a regular coffee and come in and wait 20 minutes as they the five employees run around like crazy trying to get the vast array of products out to the short drive through line and the 20 plus people waiting in lobby for theirs….im officially done with Starbucks.
Just went to order in the drive thru and the lady told me to wait. I wait 5 minutes and say is any one there? She is like did someone take your order. Sadly my baby was crying in the back seat. I said no, as she was audibly laughing. And said I cannot hear anything but crying. I drove up to the window and she said someone is having a bad day. And yep and I placed my order again and she was like I cannot hear you over the crying and got another employee to help. Super disrespectful and not funny.
Ordered online and went through driver through, bartista was very rude and giving me attitude. Asked what do I want! Never coming here again!

The majority of baristas are great and fairly kind. Drinks are hit or miss 50-50 split, they never seem consistent, mistakes are often made. My biggest frustration is that there are never any straws available. I have to ask a very busy barista for a straw and they seem clearly annoyed that I’m asking. I’m buying a six dollar drink for crying out loud, the least you can do is give me a straw.

I'm visiting Wisconsin over the holiday weekend.3 days/1 order per day, each requesting Almond milk. They have tasted like whole milk and caused an upset stomach while we were out walking around.3rd time was the charm for not having whole milk in my coffee! Or, I couldn't taste it this time and no upset stomach.The staff are polite and move quickly.

Cappuccino only half portion of coffee. Another half is foam. And not even close to the cap.

The women making my drink was taking her sweet time and after every step doing everything other then making my drink
I've been to dozens of Starbucks and I always order a side of the dark caramel. I either pay for it or sometimes. They just give it to me. I was refused to get a side of it to go along with my ice caramel. Machiato said that it's not up to that stores standards by a shift supervisor name Julia. My drink tasted burnt. The espresso was burnt. I called to express this. She said they've been having problems with their machine. That I can come back and have them re make it. I told her after my encounter with her. I did not want to come back to that store. She told me. I could go to any Starbucks and have them remake My drink, never heard that 1 before. Not really comfortable doing that. I asked her if she could send me a gift card. Which Starbucks has done for me in the past and she refused that as well. Also there is no store manager at that store either, she said only her. Definitely will not be going back ever.
