Stopped in last evening for a coffee with my boyfriend. We both ordered, were waiting and couldn’t help but notice the very large amount of bugs in the pastry case. I took a video however it doesn’t allow me to share. The service was great, however after seeing that it certainly made it impossible for us to enjoy our drinks thinking of the possibility of sippin down a bug. That was a bummer.

If you are a mobile order deliverer, prepare to be ignored by staff. You make eye contact, have your phone in your hand.... so they know you're there for a pickup... and just go about their business of ignoring you. Time and time again.

I only visit this location as an absolute last resort. I drive to the starbucks in brookfield on capital even though I am 30 seconds from this one.
Why? Because this is hands down the slowest, most inconsistent starbucks I have ever been to. The drinks are okay some days, others they are horrible. I order starbucks every single day.
The worst part of this location is the wait time in the drivethru. I've seen my drink made in under a minute. In this line, you will wait at least 5 minutes for every car. As I am typing this, ive been in line since 8:12. Its now 8:23 and ive only moved up 2 cars. There are still 3 in front of me.
This isnt a one off occurrence. This is every single time!! I've never waited more than 5 minutes in brookfield. I've waited over 30 minutes in this line multiple times!
This location clearly cares not at all for their customers experience. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
Get your act together franchisers. This isnt the experience you should be giving such an accessible location. Great way to kill your business in a prime location!

I felt so compelled to leave a review after the interaction I just had. I stopped in to get a pick me up because my fiancee had a bad day at work. I mentioned that to the cashier Lex and they went oh no and proceeded to ask if they could put a sweet message on the cup for her. I said of course and they made the name on my cup say have a good night. They personally made her drink for me and said they were putting all the good vibes into it for her to have a good night. I thanked them again and kinda teared up walking to my car. They were so genuinely kind to a complete stranger wishing them nothing but the best and thats what customer service is. Again Lex, to me, is the pinnacle of customer service. Thanks Lex.

I usually never write reviews for anything, but I went to Starbucks today to study and let me tell you, the baristas there are incredibly nice, and the customer service is amazing. The atmosphere here helps me focus on my schoolwork and of course, they have amazing coffee! If you want a sweet treat, a place to study, a coffee run, or just a place to hang out with friends/family, this place is it! 10/10! Keep up the amazing work!
I ordered a iced coffee which hardly had any ice in it almost melted not cold at all.Also, after I pulled off the lid wasn't on right or something.. so the coffee spilled on my shirt every sip I tried to take.There bacon doesn't look cooked all the way, it's very chewy.The breakfast sandwiches are very small.Long wait for horrible service.

All the news about Starbucks is true. The end may be near for them. You preorder a regular coffee and come in and wait 20 minutes as they the five employees run around like crazy trying to get the vast array of products out to the short drive through line and the 20 plus people waiting in lobby for theirs….im officially done with Starbucks.

Just went to order in the drive thru and the lady told me to wait. I wait 5 minutes and say is any one there? She is like did someone take your order. Sadly my baby was crying in the back seat. I said no, as she was audibly laughing. And said I cannot hear anything but crying. I drove up to the window and she said someone is having a bad day. And yep and I placed my order again and she was like I cannot hear you over the crying and got another employee to help. Super disrespectful and not funny.
