Visited this location four times at different times and all the time walked out with no sub. A couple times at noon I was told “we are down” . I dont know what that meant. A few times in the evening, although place was not closed. Will not go again

Went in to order 3 subs. Lady finished with a customer before us and walked by without saying a word to us and proceeded to the back. She then came out , we started our order and asked for 2 ham and cheese. She slid them over towards the vegetables and grabbed the cover to close meat section and we were like to get the number 3 she then asked well how many subs are you order? We said 3 subs. She then mumbled well you should of said something. Umm we were. She had a very bad attitude. We walked out with zero subs. If you don't like your job then go elsewhere. Doubt we'll go back. Will have to drive further for a different Subway or just start going to Cousins Subs. This wasn't the first time that we had bad service at this location. Oh yeah 1 star because that's the lowest you can get. Definitely not worth 1 star.

Employee left a back in 15 or less and was gone at least an hour! Ordered online and never got my food! Planning to contact owner, I understand closing for a 15 minute break with only one employee but HELL NO don't lie and say you're gonna be right back, they left this place unattended over an hour wasting my time.

Went later in the evening, nobody was at the counter. Finally this “girl” emerged from the back room. Either she was high, or was just awoken by me asking “Anyone Here?” This is what society is. Nobody like this should be employed, anywhere.

Was there at 3:40 p.m on August 3,2023. I was the only one there. the girl working was making subs and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. I ask her is they had wraps and all she said was yeap. never looked up and didn't bother to ask what I need or even tell me she would be right with me. I walked out...

DOORDASHERS BEWARE:This place is always out of vegetables, meats, etc for subs. You always have to have to text the customer to see if they want something different. The subs take over 20 minutes to make. The owner of this subway needs to get a clue to order enough stuff so that their employees can make the correct subs that people order.

Awful subway. Listen these guys messed up every part of my online order. From the drink to the sub to the cookies. The drink I ordered online was a diet coke in a bottle which you pay extra for. They gave me a medium diet coke from the fountain because they didn't have the bottle. So I guess I'm just out 20 cents for no real reason. One of the cookies I ordered wasn't available so they just subbed it out for another. Not a big deal I guess. But then my sub was 6 inches instead of 12. Like literally every part of my order was wrong. This was a mobile order too so I could have just grabbed it and walked out if I wasn't paying attention. The girl behind the desk was less than helpful as well. Seriously awful exprrience at this sad subway.

Overloaded portions to the point that you don’t want it. Employees obviously hate their job. Terrible experience please don’t waste your time at this location.

This was by far the worst subway ive been too. The employees clearly dont want to be there and the steak and cheese on my wrap was not heated up long enough. Also the only beverages i would want from the self serve machine we’re totally out. When i told an employee this, she acted like she was going to do something about it and when i want to try again on my way out, the beverages were still out. Will not be back.
