Like others have mentioned, we received the worst customer service I’ve ever personally dealt with in a Hispanic restaurant. I highly recommend training your male staff in proper hospitality. We were audibly ridiculed while waiting for our food.

The food is mid tier, slightly above average. Atmosphere is casual. Tables are pretty close together.

1st thing we noticed when we entered were the smiles, after telling them it was our 1st time, it took on a whole new feel. Gilma took us under her wing, like a good mother welcoming guests. She told us about the food and recommended drinks. We got to talking about the hot sauce and jalapenos in it and I never felt more like I was in her home.

The food came, my Ala Diabla and my wife and daughter shared the Paella.... We loved it and their hot sauce made it just a nice heat as I ordered the medium in case the spicy version would have been too much. I'll order it spicy next time though.

I would definitely recommend this place as it will be one of our favorites from now on. Can't wait to come see Gilma again and get one of the specialty drinks in a clay drinking cup.

Taco Tuesday is where it’s at! $3 tacos. Side of guac is like $6 so be aware.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was unprofessional, and the manager/owner demonstrated poor customer communication skills. While the menu is overpriced, I would gladly pay for quality food and exceptional service, but this restaurant delivers neither. The dining setup feels awkward and inconvenient: you order and pay at the counter, seat yourself, and then must return to the counter to pay again if you want anything else. It has the structure of a fast-casual restaurant but without the efficiency or hospitality to justify it. The team, including management, would greatly benefit from proper training in hospitality and customer service. If they intend to charge premium prices, they need to start by listening to customers and elevating both the experience and service. With so many excellent competitors nearby offering far better food and service, this restaurant stands out for all the wrong reasons. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst dining experience I’ve had in the area.

They had really good food. We went on a Monday which was Margarita Monday. They had good service and many choices. Interesting concept of going up and ordering your food. It worked out great.

Feels like a fancy Taco Bell - cafeteria environment. Over priced for what it is. Burrito was small and extremely oily - no substance to it. The taco was “ok”. Paid ~ $80 with that tip. Not worth it. Won’t be going back. +
Oh and tip starts at 20%.. 22 and 28.. for a cafeteria environment.

This is a gem hidden in the fields of Wisconsin. Great food - both the taste and presentation. Pleasant space and people.

I've been in Waukesha a long time and have never been here! I was missing out! :)
I love the atmosphere and decoration style in this restaurant, and the staff was friendly. I got pork carnitas and they were delicious!
Will be returning soon!
