The employees remember details about me and my life. They truly care about you as a person, not just a customer. Walking into the Pewaukee Teriyaki Madness feels like coming home. I’ve been having some health issues that have kept me away, and Don (who is absolutely amazing) said that he would keep me in his prayers. It meant the world to me! Brandon and Misty continue to bring smiles to my face through their kindness! This business doesn’t just care about customers, they care about people, and that’s why I will continue to come to this Teriyaki Madness time and time again.

Very Tasty TeriyakiWe both ordered chicken teriyaki, and it was wonderful. Great grilled chicken, tasty teriyaki sauce, and excellent white stick rice.Service was great and fast for something that was cooked fast to order.

We both tossed our dinner bowls half way through as the rice was mush, the veggies was a tiny bit of cabbage and the chicken was cold and burnt. We have never had food this bad here and we won't be back again. Quality is down while price is too high for what you get.

Absolutely amazing service from Misty and Brandon! They took the time to inquire about our meal and if pleased. So friendly and kind!! Gal who took our order, didn’t catch her name was helpful in walking through how the menu is laid out. We are missing customer service on so many levels in recent years so refreshing to see someone still believe how wonderful it is and the value it brings in a customer experience! We came in here after going into another restaurant in that same strip. Don greeted us right away and answered all the questions we had, the friendliness compared to other places was unmatched. Brandon was great giving us feedback as well. When we got our food, it was perfectly cooked and hot.

Don and Brandon make an effective duo. We had walked into a different restaurant and decided to walk over to teriyaki madness and check them out to see what they had to offer. Don and Brandon were very friendly and greeted us immediately upon entry. They helped us figure out what to order since it was our first time there. We both enjoyed our food. We will be back! (Pictured is their Spicy chicken Yakisoba Style) my girl got their teriyaki chicken and rice and hers was very good as well.
Awesome all veggie base and was able to get the sauce on the side. Staff was good and answered questions regarding dietary restrictions. Food was hot, well cooked, and tasty. The big bowl is more than enough for 2 meals.
