Sub was good and shake was delicious. The music was a bit too loud. And the service could have been more on point, but overall good lunch. I would come back again.

This place was packed but the service was super quick. Ice cream was affordable and came with plastic drip catchers which was fantastic for my younger kids. The cotton candy ice cream taste like lucky charms marshmallows!

The food tastes amazing and the service is great. I was not happy about the portion/ price. My girlfriend and I ordered 1 sub each on a croissant and 1 small soda. The total was like just over $20. I was just really disappointed when I unwrapped it and it was extremely small. I mean my girlfriend who is a small eater was still hungry after eating it. I felt like it was a waste of money. For that to be worth it I wouldn’t have payed more than $11-$13.

customer service is terrible. lady was very rude when we were waiting in line for the restrooms. we planned to buy something after as we knew that there is no using the bathrooms without purchasing anything. we proceeded to tell her that we were going to buy something after. she said that the person before us can go (seemed like she knew her personally) and then “we’re done”. we told her that we planned on buying something after and that i just needed to use the restroom. we have been there plenty of times and never had this issue. while we walked out she said “yeah i knew you guys weren’t going to buy anything”. YEAH why would we when you were rude. very unprofessional and seemed like she just didn’t like us even though we were very nice in the beginning.

this location doesn't have oat options! :( it isn't a huge deal, but no one picked up the phone when i called on multiple occasions to ask. i finally decided to just drive over and they didn't even have one dairy-free option, so i left empty-handed :/
also, i saw someone working wipe their nose on their hand in the middle of serving someone 😬
