Older lady couldn’t even smile or say hello. Younger girl very friendly. Croissant sandwich made to go no napkins. 11 am on a Sunday I was your first customer. Inexcusable!

I'm trying to find a place to send a message to the manager of the Pewaukee location but can't find it. We enjoy the Chocolate Factory, even more so now that the beach crowds of summer are gone and we can get in the door. But, yesterday I ordered two subs online for pickup. No problem with that at all. The problem was when we unwrapped the subs at home. The multi-grain rolls were overbaked, to the point that there were black (burn) spots on them. It made them very dry and not enjoyable. We have never experienced this in the past. I hope someone will explain to the staff, if the rolls are over-baked, toss them and start over. Sorry to have to post a complaint.

Had the mint chocolate chip cone which he loved put the service was not great the young lady who waited on us was not very friendly I would even say she had an attitude 🫩🤔

Sub was good and shake was delicious. The music was a bit too loud. And the service could have been more on point, but overall good lunch. I would come back again.

Ordered sandwiches for a group. Ready on time plus every one was done perfectly and had the individual's name marked. Cookies were fresh baked that morning as well. Friendly staff, great job. Thanks!

This place was packed but the service was super quick. Ice cream was affordable and came with plastic drip catchers which was fantastic for my younger kids. The cotton candy ice cream taste like lucky charms marshmallows!
