The food is fine, maybe a bit ambitious and a little overpriced. Service is very inconsistent, there are 3-4 servers that do a good job, but if you don't get one of them, you're going to have a horrible time. Like 20 mins for drinks kind of bad. We had been going here fairly regularly for about 6 years, but after to many bad visits, we will not be back.

I ordered the salad bar. I didn't finish my salad and asked for a "to go" box. I was told "to go" boxes were not allowed for the salad bar. I paid $16 for my salad, if I can't finish it I deserve to take it home. You're going to throw out what was left anyway. Does not make any sense. To the best of my knowledge, the salad bar is NOT all you can eat. So I don't undersand what the issue is.
Salad bar. Mints at the exit. The best.
Wife wants to know what the spices are in the chicken tortilla soup here. She's a huge fan of it.

I walked in to find nobody to greet me. Nobody behind the bar. 2 people sitting at the bar eating. I waited. I looked at the salad bar which is why I came there in the first place-stood around. Waiting for someone to notice me. And left

For our Wedding anniversary, my wife and I chose Thunder Bay grille for dinner after reading various Net reviews. Despite all these reviews, we were very disappointed with the whole experience. Upon arrival, we ordered drinks, which took "for ever" to arrive. The appertiser that we ordered (calamari) when finally delivered to our table was found to be an experience in eating "rubber bands" as they were way over-cooked and tough. Next came the salad bar. In general it was good apart from some of the broccolli being "aged" to the point of being yellow, while another piece had brown rot at the base of the stalk. Definitely NOT GOOD. When the entrees arrived, my wife's oven baked fish was almost stone cold, while the sweet potato fries appeared to have been prepared last week as they were well over-cooked to the point of some being patially burnt. My entree was fine. Then it came to paying the bill. Our waitress had been very slow throughout the meal, but to get the bill, we had to call upon the busboy to see if he could find her and get our bill. We waited almost 15 minutes, despite the busboy returning promptly to advise that he had passed the message. The restaurant was definitely not busy, but seemingly short handed. We will definitely not be back for more substandard food and service.
Hadn’t been here in about 10 years and decided to go back recently. Quite similar to how I remembered it. Food was good (but not over the top), service was a little slow and scattered but overall a nice experience. I do feel that for the price of the beef wellington it should’ve been a bigger portion size. Will likely be back in the future. Seems to be a great spot for family get together a.
We went for their Sunday brunch. It was amazing! Their eggs weren't rubbery, everything was cooked to perfection, and the variety was amazing. The fried fish they had on the buffet was to die for. Best brunch buffet we've ever been to. Our waitress was wonderful too.
Michael, our waiter was great.

This place is awesome! The Sunday brunch is always great, with a wide selection of food (breakfast and lunch options), desserts and a fabulous salad bar. I usually go for here for lunch or dinner with several favorites on the menu. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is not loud, easy to socialize.
This place is great for a family or even for a couple. I like going here because of my family. You can sit and be able to talk to each other, not having people being too loud just being able to relax, and have a fantastic night. I wish there was more restaurants like this. Where people can be have a wonderful time
Great upscale experience! The restaurant was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The menu had many options available that were priced reasonably. We had the Friday Fish Fry. It included a large salad bar, all-you-can eat baked and fried cod. The food was amazing. Even the bread, tartar sauce, and ketchup tasted freshly made. The service was excellent. Our server, Jessie, was friendly, efficient, and very attentive. It was a great dining experience that I highly recommend.
Great food, great atmosphere, the best service!!! We had a party of 20 and the service was spot on.
Came here for Mother’s Day brunch with a large group. I have to say that the food was amazing. The salad bar and omelette station were great. Our server Kelly did a phenomenal job dealing with our large group. She kept our drinks full and table clear of plates. Will definitely return.
