So doordasher always misses my straws so called and the service over the phone was awesome unfortunately for whatever reason DD decided to use one 15 mins away rather than 6mins. Still felt like a shout needed to be made about the great customer service over the phone :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE several times they have messed up my order. I ordered food just right now just to get cold. Food do not come here whatsoever. I don't recommend it go to other locations. That's what I plan on because this place is horrible. Poor food quality. Cold food

Mobile order, picked up in drive thru, was not correct. Ordered Baconator Fries but no bacon on the fries. Requested Ranch Dressing for the nuggets but none was given. Tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. Called Wendy's Corporate, Anna was very helpful.

The worst Wendy's I been to.
Meal was cold, not hot and juicy at all meat was dry. Staff attitude stunk. Place was to hot temperature wise.

I really did not appreciate being approached as if I was scamming Wendy's. They did not hear my order and when I explained that it was incorrect it was still incorrect when I received the corrected half order. The manager told me I would have to pay and I settled for what I received.

I frequent this location mostly for breakfast. The guy at the drive thru in the mornings is awesome. Always chipper and very friendly.

The night staff in the other hand is quite the opposite. I showed up at 8:55pm and went to the lobby and the lady there said Lobby is closed, escorted me out and locked the door. Odd because the posted sign says lobby open until 10pm every day.

I went to the drive thru and placed my order. I thought the given price was higher than it should’ve been (my order didn’t show on the screen so I couldn’t verify), so I asked for a receipt. I asked the lady (same one that kicked me out) why I didn’t get the 2/$7 deal in the two 10 piece nuggets I ordered. She said “you have to say 2/$7 to get the deal”. I replied “I said can I please get 2 of the 10 piece nuggets.” She said, “You didn’t say you wanted the deal, and my manager said if customers don’t specifically ask for the deal not to give it” ?!? I replied, “did your manager also tell you to close the lobby 65 minutes early?”

No offer to fix or credit it, and no apology. Said her piece and closed the window on me. Not to mention that I was two nuggets short anyways.

Morning staff gets 5 stars, but night staff gets 1 star. Rounding down to 2 stars overall since I’m sure management would be happy with a 3 star rating.

Went to order through the drive thru and got a worker with an attitude. After making my first order, she read my total as if I was finished. I told her “I wasn’t finished my order.” She replied as if bothered “mm what do you want.”

Laughed, left the drive thru went to McDonalds.
