Literally took 19 minutes for my food.
Went back today and it didn't take as long but the roast beef had a different texture and was way too wet... It was like thin and watery. Gross.

Great food, always as a brand, almost always at this site. If you know this roast beef well, you know if it's sliced too thick it tastes like dog food and if it's sliced too thin you have a pile of shavings. But just right and you have delicious perfection! I used the drive thru on this visit so I can't comment on cleanliness or anything inside, but it's usually clean. The only thing that had made me want to call to complain.... the employees. ☹️ Not the entire team but we've been there at times when the people working are yelling at each other, they've been on cell phones while we've waited, they've finished personal conversations with each other before coming to the counter (and I've seen it from the inside when the drive thru had been ignored a bit too long also) but nothing that would stop me from being an Arby's consumer. It says that I had a 10-30 min wait time for a table, but I had a 13 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me.

I tried the Loaded Italian & it wasn't what I expected. Plenty of meats & cheese but too much bread & mayonnaise. I'll stick to my Ruben sandwiches it is my favorite sandwich at Arby's.

Food was cold in the middle. Not the first time at this Arby's the food Not hot.
Not a good experience...arbies has a great location and super local support...a new menu..how could they fail? People...the people who own manage hire and train these local folks have made a grave error...time for you to step in make example and straighten out your personally issues...sat for one hour..my order was wrong three straight times..finally I gave up and watched..they proceeded to mess up 100 per cent of all orders with decent traffic...franchisee...shame on you..this is NOt HOWITOT2B
