The good people of this town deserve better especially at Businesses they spend their hard earned money Burger King there was a LOT of hair in the women's bathroom sink and a lot of SOMETHING on the toilet The drink machines are horrible all flavours are uncared for and since when was water pink?? And the food I've had is soggy and bland, but that's how Burger King makes food so I guess that one isn't up to them. But the other things are!

We visited this Burger King late at night on Christmas Eve while traveling from Milwaukee. With almost every other store and restaurant closed, we were so relieved they were open!
The customer service was truly amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially with our kids. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They even gave the kids ice cream, snacks, and small gifts to share the holiday spirit. Our food was served perfectly and the entire experience was heart-warming.
We especially appreciated the staff specifically the young woman working that night, who was full of positive energy despite the late hour and the fact that Christmas Day was just minutes away. Thank you for making our holiday travel so much better and memorable!

Ordered 2 8-piece nuggets they would only give us 2 sauces.. we ordered large order of new mozzarella sticks wouldn't even give us a marinara packet for them. We spend alot of money there...they act like the sauces are coming out of their pockets...be awhile B4 we spend money there again. Kinda crappy attitudes as well today...would have liked to have left no stars. So it's been 5 years since we went to Burger King here in Platteville. Today McDonald's was absolutely packed.. hardly anyone in Burger King so I chose Burger King. The food sucked the employees didn't listen to anything about how I wanted my food so it's definitely not have it your way..... The employees were borderline worthless. Now I see why there's nobody in their parking lot.... That store needs to be managed waaayyyy better.

I ordered the 2 bacon king burgers and each sandwich had only 3 small strips of bacon and they only had small drink cups available and no ketchup for my fries

only one car ahead of me (and internet the other lane) 6 minutes before they took my order then she had to go somewhere to get my $5 change. pulled up to wait for food, one guy in front of me. She came out 15 minutes later, his order was wrong. I walked in to get my order (one burger and fries) and it was on the shelf. I told her what my order was when she got the order wrong for the other guy. She picks it up, looks at it and puts it back.I get in front of the line, ask if that's my bacon king and she hands it to me and says, is there anything else. I ask for my large fries and they don't have enough made. 50 minutes. one burger. one guy ordered on line, paid by credit 45 minutes and no food being prepared. go to Arby's or DQ
We ordered 2 large coffees and 2 cheese burgers at 10:38 we didn't get our order until 11:15. I ordered my cheese burgers without mustard. It had a lot of mustard 🤢

We came here to get some food we only ordered two meals. We waited about 20 mins until we decided to leave without our food due to how long they were taking. We came back an hour later only we were in line for food we still waited over 10 mins for our food. When we asked if the guy was ready to take our order he told us his was catching up on lobby work he said this with sass. We pulled forward whole time this guy was talking on the phone to someone. This was just unbelievable. It’s called fast food for a reason. I understand we all have those days but waited 10-20 mins TWICE come on now do better.
