I wish I’ve asked for her name but get too nervous lol, but she has bright blonde hair, braces and always has her nails really cute. Shes complimented me everytime I’ve had her at the drive thru. She is so smiley and just the sweetest girl ever. Wish I asked her name she needs a raise.

Purchased an ice cream cone and there no ice cream in the cone and about a half of a scoop on top. Also the pop machine was out of service. Won't be back

We walked in at 8:32AM. The staff said that they were closing and could not serve us…but they would be opening back up at 10:30AM.

THEY forgot 2 sandwiches, when I called back about it, they want me to wait in another 30 minute long line on a sunday morning, while they closed their lobby. When we already paid and they cant refund, yet we cant wait in another line and still havent eaten. BUT they LITERALLY could simply walk the food THEY forgot, outside. But theyre rude on the phone with paying customers and disrespectful, even when it comes to their mistakes. Altogether their workers dont put enough thought in before handing food to the buyer. If you go to this dunkin, DOUBLE CHECK you got EVERYTHING you ordered. Because they dont like to comply with customers.

Prob the 4th or fifth time now Ive been disapointed with this places employee service. This evening tipped my trigger. Apon activating an offer in the app that clearly states the offer would be applied with a qualifying drink purchase. I purchased a signature Medium Iced mocha Latte. Apon arriving at the drive up menu im told to please wait. Well, one care in front of me turned into about a 3 min wait. Ok, nothing much to complain about there. I asked the lady if the offer is on my mobile order and she stated that it was not. I said could you please put it on for me as it was a free piece of their Pumpkin loaf with icing that came with a drink purchase. She said I can't change a mobile order. I said ok, could I still get my item co sidering it is free already regardless. She more the less tells me no I can't. I told her the item is free regardless whats the problem? Said I would have to reorder again. I said whatever and drove to the window. I than showed her the offer on my phone thru the Dunkin app.she instantly came back with I dont even have that app so I can't do anything. 3 women standing at the window working. I get my mocha and notice right away there is nowhere near the amount I regularly get with a medium drink. Half way outta town I finally get a sip of my beverage and I can taste absolutely NO coffee whatsoever. If it ain't a pissy attitude when I ask for a bigger straw on my beverage, or clearly noticing my beverage dont have the usual toppings it typically does. I show up one of the times the coffee is sorely needed and this employee wants to play games because I questioned an offer in there app. Why couldnt you have just gave me the slice of pumpkin loaf that was clearly offered with a drink purchase I wonder?

I can't remember the last time that my order wasn't incorrect or my drinks weren't mixed at all. Has gotten exponentially worse over the last 2-3 years. It's clear that management and training is very poor.

As much as I love the drinks, the bathroom here will make you sick. It's the 2nd dirtiest for sure.

I almost always use the drive-thru. Half the time they give me the total. Those are the times I tip. It really irritates me when they don't give me the total at the speaker.

Ice cream is great. Servers are pleasant but appear to be overworked: service is sometimes slow with only 1 or 2 employees and store could be cleaner.

Don't plan on waffle cone/dish in the evening as they may be out or soft/stale. Dunkin's donuts are overly sweet, but I have the same opinion of most mass-produced donuts.

The outdoor seeting is a nice option. Indoor sitting area is too cold sometimes.

Breakfast options are OK, nice to have the esrly-morning option.

I'll keep going back for the ice cream at least.
