I can't remember the last time that my order wasn't incorrect or my drinks weren't mixed at all. Has gotten exponentially worse over the last 2-3 years. It's clear that management and training is very poor.

I almost always use the drive-thru. Half the time they give me the total. Those are the times I tip. It really irritates me when they don't give me the total at the speaker.

Ice cream is great. Servers are pleasant but appear to be overworked: service is sometimes slow with only 1 or 2 employees and store could be cleaner.
Don't plan on waffle cone/dish in the evening as they may be out or soft/stale. Dunkin's donuts are overly sweet, but I have the same opinion of most mass-produced donuts.
The outdoor seeting is a nice option. Indoor sitting area is too cold sometimes.
Breakfast options are OK, nice to have the esrly-morning option.
I'll keep going back for the ice cream at least.

Well first off the service was OK store was clean but the help was pretty much in the kitchen not out on the sales floor. I ordered the maple bacon croissant with hashbrown, the hashbrowns are stale and my cheese was no where melted. I'm done trying new places in Platteville. Ps it's way to expensive for two sandwiches

People working were more interested in interacting with others than providing service. Stood at counter being ignored before I had to verbally yell out that I needed creamer. Told my sandwich would be brought out, after 15 minutes I went to check and the gal replied that she called it. Granted, I was in the dining room and the only guest...figure it out. Ate a stone cold sandwich. Please young ladies, remember what you are there for. Will not be back.
Not impressed. Minimal selection of donuts for a donut shop. No chocolate milk, had to get white milk from the cooler. We left without ordering anything. Guess it's more for coffee then donuts! Should change the name.
