Good little spot. Wandered in on a Tuesday morning looking for breakfast and a bloody during hunting season. Met Gene. Gracious host. Made a great skillet for breakfast. Reccomended a whiskey based bloodyBoth were excellent. Will gladly Reccomend stopping in.

Ribeye sandwich was surprisingly tender with good flavor. My buddy ordered Cornish Game Hen - possibly the last thing one would expect to see as a lunch special in a roadhouse - first rate and looked great.

We stopped on a Sunday for lunch. Gal at bar was friendly and took our order. We had a grilled ham and cheese and a steak sandwich. We split a fry. I should have it was not going to be good when she asked me if I wanted the bread toasted. I said yes wondering what she was talking about. Food came out, and my sandwich was not grilled, the bread was toasted and the ham and cheese seemed like it had been grilled. I have never seen it done this way. The steak sandwich was terrible. It is not a slab of steak, but was long thin slices of beef with some kind of seasoning. Thinking it was a regular steak we had ordered it medium, and the girl never said anything. There was no way you would be able to order this beef done to your liking. It was dry and really had an odd flavor. Best thing we ordered was the fries.
