I ordered three sandwiches online and all of them get mayo on them, none of them did and I was waiting in my car for about thirty minutes to see if my order was ready, but it never came. I was a little disappointed because it never happened before. I got the number 17 and I asked for extra mayo but got none.

This place has gone down hill the past yr. Mangers with proper hair nets. General Manager has caged animal behavior. He is lazy on the fresh promise of produce. Once had the freshest of the fresh he can’t figure how and to order the lots wrong here can be seen within minutes of going to work.

Food was good, pretty standard for Jimmy John's, but the girl working there Monday afternoon could smile occasionally, especially when an elderly woman compliments her (but she DID say thank you, so kudos for that), and the guy with the snake tattoo doesn't need to correct how a customer pronounces "Cubano", which was said the correct way for a native Cuban by the way, over and over. Once, ok. But not three times. Not everything is how it is in tiny city, USA surrounded by corn, kid. There's a big world out there. Get to learning. The Latino guy working there was EXTREMELY nice and polite, and knew how to engage in friendly small talk. A refreshing change from the generation Z awkward smarmyness and lack of ability to be happy while at work, like it's slavery or something.
