Slow as hell

I keep trying to give this KFC a chance but keep getting disappointed. Previously I have ordered on the app and have arrived to the restaurant just to be told that they are out of chicken this has happened several times. Then because it was ordered on the app I had to call customer service and request a refund that took several days. I tried this restaurant again and ordered chicken nuggets… what I got was chicken strips cut up! That is definitely not chicken nuggets. If your out tell me and I can substitute it DONT just cut up some chicken strips and say that’s good enough. They were super dry and very old. I didn’t eat them and only ate the fries and mashed potatoes with gravy. These “chicken nuggets” were so dry that even putting them in my potatoes/gravy didn’t help. This location needs to either get rid of the KFC part of KFC/Taco Bell or get management in that knows what they are doing.

Make sure you check all of your food before you leave the drive through. I ordered a 40.00 kfc meal and received none of my sides. When I called they told me that I would have to drive 25 mins back to get my food if I wanted it. I sure hope my 40.00 12 pieces of chicken are wonderful.

If I could give 0 I would. Walked in to 2 workers behind the counter arguing about their work hours. We waited and finally asked if we could order. The worker was very rude and disrespectful to us and told us he could do what he wanted and we were not supposed to be listening. Even though they were right in front of us. So we argued with him a bit and left without ordering at all. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK THERE EVER!!! The atmosphere there was dirty and we felt the other workers were from a work release program or a halfway house! Stay away from here!!

Walked from the university just for the lobby to be closed due to short staff. A nice man at the window told us he could take our order and was super friendly and helpful. Then, out of nowhere, an older lady came and started yelling at him for helping us! It was unbelievable. She was so rude to him, and it wasn't even busy! There was nobody else in the drive-through. It was the guys first day and honestly, the way she treated him was completely uncalled for and ruined the whole experience.

It’s been the SLOWEST service I’ve ever had. We’re still waiting in the drive thru, after 30 mins. The dining area wasn’t open and only 2 people are working. Horrible customer service and dang slow service. The dang building could have been on fire and neither of them would have moved any faster. I’m just plain disappointed and disgusted. Happy birthday to me. I literally turned a year older here in the drive thru… What an experience. Couldn’t find a printer to bind this review so you’ll only see the electronic copy. Good luck with your next business opportunity franchise owners!! Maybe you could open an oil change center, car detailing service and car wash in this drive thru…. Dang near caught the 10 o’clock news and we got here at 7:50. UNREAL!!!

Unless you plan to spend a hr waiting for food don’t go! If you go inside they ignore you!! They will continue to give your food to the drive thru while you wait hr+. Several diff families waited hr+ not just us.

Saturday august 16, 7:40 pm…went thru the drive thru,asked how much it was for a thigh,the young kid said $5.49…I said for one single thigh? A older gentleman came back that one would be $2.70…so said I wanted 2 original thighs,and just a Famous bowl,he asked just the bowl and I said yes..payed and got the food 14 miles home and the 2 thighs turned into 1thigh and 1 leg…the single Famous bowl I was charged for the Famous bowl combo…I defiantly see why your losing business ..

This KFC restaurant changed my option about KFC. The fried chicken is so nice. The most important thing is I love the people work there, they are so patient when I use app to order. One lady Carla is so thoughtful. She observe before I ask her and take care of my needs. So friendly and thoughtful. The Tequila manager is so thoughtful when the restaurant air condition doesn’t work. She offer us some ice to cool down. I can’t imagine without air condition people still work in Kitchen with such fancy refresh food. Great food and great people. We enjoyed all food

These aren’t pie poppers!!!! I ordered kfc and had pie poppers with my order. They just took it upon themselves to replace them with whatever these nasty things are without ever asking or mentioning it.

Had multiple issues with this location (missing items, old food, etc). Did an online order today, but store was closed by the time my colleague could make it there to pick up my order. Will not order from them again.
