This location had their prices posted incorrectly and refused to honor the posted price. This is in violation of Wisconsin statute 98.08(1). Additionally, the dining room was dirty and staff were impolite even before I noticed a price discrepancy.

They were supposed to be open at 10:30 didn't open till 11:30 I had to wait 15 minutes for my food in the Drive-Thru and it was cold

The platteville location seems to be struggling with order accuracy and basic sanitation. We typically use the drive-through service, but you can see into the kitchen throught the window. The glass on the windows needs daily attention, it's a mess. Watching employees handle money / cards and then food without hand washing is alarming. The kitchen staff are often very loud and sometimes inappropriate (language, laughing, etc. ) We have tried to keep a Sunday tradition of getting a 12 pc original bucket meal. There is ALWAYS something missing or incorrect with our order. We have experienced soda with no flavor, hard, dry biscuits, missing sides, but today was the proverbial straw.
We ordered a 12 pc bucket with slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy and a extra side of mac & cheese....
There was no coleslaw
There was no soda (baja blast)
We asked for extra potatoes & gravy in lieu of coleslaw, and passed on the soda. When we got home we found we had:
* no gravy
* no butter or honey with our biscuits
* no wings and only 2 breasts
* only one based potatoes
* No cutlery, no napkins
When i called the store, no one answered.
We have spent more than we should in a year of Sunday dinners. We are done! Get it together KFC or shut it down!! This economy is tough enough, budgeting money for a meal out should not be a penalty for the customer.

The mashed potatoes and gravy was cold, the chicken tenders were tiny, the fountain drink dispenser sprayed all over. Tables were dirty. No napkins in the dispenser. Never eat there again.

It took almost an hour to get two tacos. The biggest issue I had was they did not say anything about it being a long wait. We should have been told as soon as we walked in that it could be a wait and then decide if it was worth it. It was pretty pathetic all around.

The wait in the drive through always takes a very long time. Too long for ā€œfast foodā€. The last time we ate inside tables and floors were dirty. The times that the lobby is open seems inconsistent. I’m not sure if it’s management, staffing, supplying, money, all of the above or what could be contributing to the mishaps, but I’m rooting for change. I hope things can improve.

I recently moved here from ga and decided to try the kfc out, I went into the drive thru and nobody even came up to the speaker, it wasn’t closed or anything and workers was just staring at me from the inside I felt it was incredibly rude, bc someone could have left a note or simply walked outside to let us know they closed early

The workers need to learn to listen. I said no ice in my drinks and my husband can vouch for me but the person just said you never asked for no ice because she didn't listen in the first place. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They either don't listen or mess up your orders. They need to be retrained.
