Unless you plan to spend a hr waiting for food don’t go! If you go inside they ignore you!! They will continue to give your food to the drive thru while you wait hr+. Several diff families waited hr+ not just us.

Saturday august 16, 7:40 pm…went thru the drive thru,asked how much it was for a thigh,the young kid said $5.49…I said for one single thigh? A older gentleman came back that one would be $2.70…so said I wanted 2 original thighs,and just a Famous bowl,he asked just the bowl and I said yes..payed and got the food 14 miles home and the 2 thighs turned into 1thigh and 1 leg…the single Famous bowl I was charged for the Famous bowl combo…I defiantly see why your losing business ..

This KFC restaurant changed my option about KFC. The fried chicken is so nice. The most important thing is I love the people work there, they are so patient when I use app to order. One lady Carla is so thoughtful. She observe before I ask her and take care of my needs. So friendly and thoughtful. The Tequila manager is so thoughtful when the restaurant air condition doesn’t work. She offer us some ice to cool down. I can’t imagine without air condition people still work in Kitchen with such fancy refresh food. Great food and great people. We enjoyed all food

These aren’t pie poppers!!!! I ordered kfc and had pie poppers with my order. They just took it upon themselves to replace them with whatever these nasty things are without ever asking or mentioning it.

Had multiple issues with this location (missing items, old food, etc). Did an online order today, but store was closed by the time my colleague could make it there to pick up my order. Will not order from them again.

Went to kfc and both doors locked though signs said open Saw someone in drive thru and placed order for family bucket Ordered extra potatoe and gravy which cost approximately $5 Waited 15 minutes in car and than told no Cole slaw which is one reason we go there and to substitute with either Mac and cheese or corn Neither that I really wanted Got home and no extra potatoes and gravy !!! The adults went without so kids could have Tried to call them- no answer and unable to leave message

Love the coleslaw; the one in Platteville is severely understaffed and as a result you'll be there for at least 30-40 minutes

I don’t go through the Platteville KFC very often because it’s never a pleasant experience and they seldom get my order correct. Tonight was no exception. I placed my order and when I got to the window, I was told they didn’t have any chicken thighs. The manager came to the window and said he was trying to manage and run the fryer at the same time and he was doing his best. They substituted a breast for the thigh. It was 830 and I was tired and hungry so I took it home to enjoy it and when I opened the box, it was original instead of extra crispy, and the skin was so caked with wet flour that I took it off altogether and made a sandwich out of the chicken meat. The only blessing in the whole visit was the guy at the window was a hoot and had me in stitches.

This location had their prices posted incorrectly and refused to honor the posted price. This is in violation of Wisconsin statute 98.08(1). Additionally, the dining room was dirty and staff were impolite even before I noticed a price discrepancy.
Did a mobile order. Pot pie was not in bag with order. Have not had a single order done right here for a while now.l, whether it's old food, missing items, etc.
