I don't go here often, but I like KFC and Taco Bell. Even though they recently remodeled, the interior is not looking clean, and the tables and seating need to be replaced. The employees do their best to get you the food, but they should filter the volume and content of what can be heard in the dining area. I suggest just using the drive thru.

Just stopped for lunch and ordered 3 chicken Littles to go, guy says $18 and change. Told him that can't be right, I'm just wanting the 3 sandwiches no meal or drink and he says yeah the $18+ was for just the 3 chix Littles. Obviously I told him no thanks and I'll go somewhere else. Are the employees uncharging and pocketing the money? Sure seems like it because I went online and did a order for pickup and the chicken Littles are $3.29 a piece. Total bill should have been $10.41 after tax. This guys in there making 8 bucks off the sale?

I ordered the chicken wrap. Little did I know it was an overcooked piece of chicken with some kind of spicy white dressing and two pickles. There was nothing else on it like lettuce or cheese. There is more breading than chicken in the piece of meat on my wrap. I've had KFC chicken before and it's always been good but this is the first time I tried a wrap and I would not order it again.

The older lady with the shorter hair at the counter was rude and seemed annoyed. When she handed me my chicked and i asked for dipping sauce she made a comment how the price of the condiments was going to increase to her coworker as she reached for my sauce. She didn't even ask if I wanted dipping sauce when i was ordering...

I witnessed 2 young men at separation times walk in the side door and walk past a woman and her kids, then walk directly to the kitchen and come out and hand the lady chicken sandwiches. Mind you, this lady never went up to the register to pay for them. Then I watched another employee come from the kitchen and hand the woman and her now male companion another sandwich.

Crazy rude employee, ordered white meat chicken but was given dark meat, came back for exchange showed employee whole dark meat, she was literally throwing a meal to me. And said “you ate the chicken” and thrown whole piece dark meat chicken into trash can…Will never ever come back to the place…

Terrible chicken. Dry, absolutely no flavor , my wife and I got 8 piece bucket. Took it home ate one piece each and she through the rest out. This has happened before at this Platteville restaurant. So it’s on our list of drive by restaurants. Hire people than are interested in waiting on you, no one asked if they could help us. Finally asked if anyone wanted to take our order. Pretty sad way to do business. We’ve eaten at that two Mexican restaurants down the street. KFC should should see how they react to customers. Very polite, explain their dishes are, always interested helping you.Parking: Parking was fine, it was the food that sucked and service

We stopped in at this kfc/ taco bell after attending my son's football game. It was extremely busy and understaffed. Working in the fast food industry in the past I am well aware of what it is like to be busy and understaffed so the long wait time and mistakes on our order are not what upsets me. What upsets me is the way a member of the staff behaved. When we walked in there was a customer that ordered his food through the app and in back there was a lady in the kitchen screaming at him. She was arguing with him the entire time we were waiting to get our order taken. And when we left the guy was still there waiting for his food and she was still screaming and arguing with him. We were there for awhile waiting and he was there before us so who knows how long this was going on considering we were there for about an hour. I feel this was totally unprofessional behavior and uncalled for. I'll probably never return knowing that I might get screamed at if I have an issue with my order.

Putting a one star because I have been sitting at the drive thru for 30 minutes. I just wanted to grab a quick lunch for my lunch break. If I were to go to an actual sit-down restaurant, I would’ve gotten my food quicker. This is supposed to be “fast food”, this is ridiculous.
