We waited half an hour in line to get our food after we had already gotten our drink. Then the guy kept on bringing out all the same exact meals the 10 piece chicken nugget grinch meal and five different cars behind us all got the same exact meal before we did and then when we got it, we didn’t even get the whole thing and our food was all over in our box.

In general the location isn’t bad. Depending on who’s staffed the day you come you are likely to get a medium to good customer service experience but sometimes you can feel like a burden depending on who’s staffed.
Sometimes it’s normal sometimes fast speed.
Tends to be the center place for events so coming over can be packed with college parties.

This location is fantastic, the staff here is super friendly and attentive! Very rarely do they make mistakes on orders and are always humble and welcoming when you have a problem

During a 1,500 mile road trip, we stopped into the Platteville, WI McDonalds. The staff was extremely polite and made sure our visit was a positive one. They nailed it!! It's rare to experience exceptional customer service these days. Well done to the staff and management! Highly recommend this location for breakfast / other!

Oh my gosh! The nicest service members I have encountered in a very long time. You could hear the smile at the drive thru, see the smiles, and the windows, and smiles at the food delivery.
