ordered 2 thin crust pizzas tonight. when we got our order delivered, they were pan tossed. when I called about it, the guy laughed and said yeah we're out of thin crust. I asked why we weren't told this, as we had kids here who don't like pan tossed. the guy just laughed and said sorry.
I was very disappointed about it, and the man who answered was unprofessional about it

Very disappointed in our service tonight. We ordered the buffet. No pizzas were brought out for nearly 30 minutes; at one point the buffet had no pizzas on it all--only empty trays. The excuses ranged from a new front end manager to a large order that took priority. Unfortunately, those in the restaurant were not the priority. Then, when pizzas did start to come out, the manager, Courtney, loudly bad mouthed customers in front of everyone. Truly an unfortunate experience....read full review
