I have ordered wings a few times now and I got wings with next to no sauce. Like go to Kwik Trip. I would get better coated wings there. Got a free order because of it. That order ALSO not coated enough. I basically got bare wings with a very small amount of sauce. Yet the mild buffalo was fine the first time or two. Why the Garlic Parmesan?

Done getting wings here since they cant get that right and I dont order pizza from pizz hut since they changed the sauce.

You want wings try Kwik Trip or maybe Dairy Queen.
You want pizza go to Papa Murphy's. Sure it's take and bake but much better than pizza hut and you get exactly as ya wanted it.

Always good deals when you order online. Easy pick up and usually little wait time.

I’ll be honest, this hasn’t always been my favorite place to eat because the experience really depends on who you get as a server. We usually end up with a very forgetful short elderly woman who can never quite remember our order from drinks to food, but she makes up for it by letting us use expired coupons, so I suppose it evens out (that’s why we do carryout far more often). This past Wednesday, I convinced my family to give it another try. On the drive there, I was fully prepared for a total mess, because weekday dining can be hit or miss. The food itself is usually fine; it’s the service that tends to be the wildcard. To my surprise, we had a young gentleman named James, and he absolutely raised the bar. When you have James, it feels like fine dining even though you’re sitting in a Pizza Hut!!! He was attentive, polite, and clearly took pride in what he does. I even told him we’d love to have him working here, and he laughed and said he’d already been offered a job before and turned it down, and would do so again. My son jokingly asked if the cook still worked there after previously trying to teach my grandchildren new swear words and questionable language. James politely declined to answer, which I took as a yes—but also as him being far too loyal to say anything negative. All in all, if you’re going to eat here, you want James. He makes all the difference.

I usually have a wonderful experience here, especially when James takes our order. He’s always so polite, professional, and accurate — truly a pleasure to talk to. We actually try to place our orders on weekends just because we usually can always expect him to answer the phone! This time, I wasn’t feeling well and had a family member call in for me. It seems there’s a new employee named Crystal, and while she was pleasant, the order didn’t come out quite right. It sounds like she’s still learning, and that’s completely understandable. Everyone has to start somewhere, and I can’t hold that against her. That said, James sets such a high standard that it’s hard not to notice when he’s not answering the phone! I just hope the new team members get the same great training he clearly has. Overall, still a good experience — just not quite the perfect five stars we’re used to. Good luck Crystal, you’re gonna do amazing!

Waited about 15-20 waiting to pick up my order while the younger woman was on the phone taking a order. There was someone in front of me that looked angry and who knows how long he has been standing there before I got there. Anyway food was great but the service is not good.

Well the server explained the special so I figure it was one of the special on personal pan and was kind of rude when she replied certain ones but that not how it explained. It was two personal pan not specified and salad bar which was good and drink

I’ve eaten at this Pizza Hut hundreds of times over the years, and this review isn’t written out of malice—it’s written out of concern for the team and disappointment in the management. First off, the front-of-house staff are doing the best they can. My server today was James—an excellent, respectful college student who’s served us before. He was attentive and professional, even when our chicken alfredo came out half full. I joked that the back-of-house needed to do their job better, and he took it in stride, offering to make it right. He’s one of the only servers I consistently tip, and I even offered him a job at our company because I see how hard he works in a toxic environment, and that’s the real problem: the environment, specifically the general manager—Crystal Reed. Not five minutes after my comment to James, Crystal began screaming from the kitchen—loud, aggressive, and disruptive. It wasn’t the first time. Her voice is recognizable from multiple past encounters, including when she’s been blatantly rude to me on the phone. It’s become routine—if you dine in, expect to hear a “Karen-level” outburst from the kitchen every 10 minutes. Today wasn’t even the worst. On at least seven different visits, I’ve heard a woman in the back loudly say things like “I hate white men.” Same voice every time. Hate speech like that has no place in any workplace, and the fact that it’s repeatedly tolerated is disturbing. Nothing has been done about it, and honestly, nothing probably will be unless corporate steps in.I used to blame the staff. Now, it’s obvious the high turnover and low morale are management’s fault. I’ve seen nearly 30 delivery drivers come and go since April. I thought they were unreliable—turns out they were just escaping a hostile workplace.Dining room staff like Kelly (or Kathy—I’m not sure of her exact name) used to be upbeat, but now she just looks exhausted and drained, like the life’s been sucked out of her. I’ve watched her grow from a college student to a full-time employee, and each time I see her she looks more defeated. I can’t blame her. The entire front-of-house team would rather clean the same table for 20 minutes than be near their boss.If you eat here, I recommend coming on a Thursday or Saturday—those seem to be the only days the energy is bearable. Sundays, however, are chaos.I hope someone with real authority reads this and investigates Crystal Reed’s behavior, because this place has gone completely downhill, and it’s not because of the staff—it’s because of the leadership.

I really love this place and the service—two servers in particular stand out: a tall blonde woman and the gentleman who served us today. They’ve always been attentive and friendly, and today was no exception. However, during our visit, we experienced something unexpected and frankly uncomfortable. From the dining area, I heard what sounded like a full-blown meltdown from an adult employee in the back—objects being thrown, loud yelling, and repeated use of vulgar language. Thankfully, my kids were distracted by their screens and didn’t notice, but it was intense enough that the server immediately came over and apologized for the behavior. While the server handled it professionally and I appreciate their quick response, it was disappointing to witness such a lack of control behind the scenes. It gave the impression that just about anyone can be hired, including those who behave like adult toddlers. This place is still a favorite, but after today, we’ll probably stick to takeout to avoid any future scenes like that.

The hours are not accurate. Website, says open to 11, sign on the door says 10, and if you go inside they tell you dining area closes at 830 which isn't posted anywhere
