This place is a joke. Can't order online to get the deals cuz it won't except your card. Has happened before to me and others in my family. Get the Manager to fix this problem!!

I don't usually review commercials restaurants but this one made me change my mind. When I first came in the kids behind the counter were being very immature and gossiping. Then as my sandwich was being made I noticed the girl that made it had marker drawings all over her arms! Ask for the sandwich I asked for a little mayo and instead of a little mayo she might of as well squeezed the whole bottle on it and for meat wise I got two strips of bacon and when I asked for more she added like 1 more strip! Sorry Water St but yall need to take a little more pride in your work. Walmart Subway on the other hand is actually pretty amazing and I'm so impressed with the differencešš¤

I've never dealt with such poor customer service manager was so rude I had every right to be upset first wasting gas to come from rewey to get my sandwiches just to hear they never got order but clearly shows they were ready and money was taken out of account on top of all that she said she never got order and I told her and showed her just to get attitude and told there's nothing she can do I said I'll call Monday to talk to someone else and as I was leaving she decides to repeat 5 times in a row thank you have a nice day to be a smart aĆĆ she definitely not manager material. Then I talk to another subway she said if I showed proof of everything there was no reason they shouldn't of made them that they probably gave order to someone else hmmmm no I will never go back to that one again!!!!

I told the lady that I was gluten free so I ordered a salad and she refused to change here gloves or use any precautions to prevent crude contaminated worse expenses ever all other subway have no issues with this especially since they were not busy

Typical so-so quality but poor management when it comes to customer service. I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sub. I was surprised to discover the price exceeded that which was listed on the menu board. The checkout clerk called management over who said the lower price is for a rotisserie chicken with bacon. So, when I ordered the sandwich, because there are two different types of chicken, why wasnāt I asked which one I wanted? I was told I needed to request the āEliteā sandwich. There was no apology for the confusion; the manager walked away without a word spoken, but she said plenty through her demeanor. A well-trained staff would have adjusted the price to what a customer thought he ordered and would pay, but didnāt receive, and politely explained the difference between āEliteā and just plain chicken & bacon ranch sandwich. Itās obvious that the owner doesnāt care because not only is the staff poorly trained but the parking lot is long overdue for repair.
