Typical so-so quality but poor management when it comes to customer service. I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sub. I was surprised to discover the price exceeded that which was listed on the menu board. The checkout clerk called management over who said the lower price is for a rotisserie chicken with bacon. So, when I ordered the sandwich, because there are two different types of chicken, why wasn’t I asked which one I wanted? I was told I needed to request the “Elite” sandwich. There was no apology for the confusion; the manager walked away without a word spoken, but she said plenty through her demeanor. A well-trained staff would have adjusted the price to what a customer thought he ordered and would pay, but didn’t receive, and politely explained the difference between “Elite” and just plain chicken & bacon ranch sandwich. It’s obvious that the owner doesn’t care because not only is the staff poorly trained but the parking lot is long overdue for repair.

The cross-contamination (at this Subway), is horrible. Use of the same gloves for all sandwiches being made, dropped meat onto my sandwhich and just kinda brushed it off, shared counter space all over, various foods falling into other foods. I don't feel safe eating here. This is also a location without the vegan patty.

This place is amazing Jenn really helps me out and Platteville. I have a puppy and I can’t take her in so I will call and place an order and she’ll come out to the vehicle and take my payment and bring my food and it is really appreciated Jenn for what you do. I am grateful that there are people like you out there.Kid-friendliness: They are always good to my kids when I am in there if my son is having a very bad day at school, they will brighten his day by giving him a chocolate chip cookie and it makes his day better. Couldn’t ask for a better place and the owner that runs that place in Platteville he is amazing, he has been there for me growing up. That was one of my jobs I had growing up and I will say that was my favorite job I have ever had.

Says they are open until 9 but yet at 8:30pm they have the doors locked but open sign on. and the workers give us nasty looks when we pull up.

This Subway is OK. There, on the corner of Pine Street in Platteville, Wisconsin, really never saw them get a lot of business until they started doing business with doordash delivery. I never really liked Subway, due to the fact that they were never clean and flys were everywhere. I can say that I did order a chicken sandwich the other day, and it was OK. I just don't like the texture, and the produce they use. For some reason it always tastes a little off. If you like Subway, then this is for you.

This location isn't cooking their bread long enough and it's gross. Even asked for them to double toast to see if that would fix the problem and it still came out all doughy. Please please please cook the bread longer

Employees who don’t know how customer service works. Rather you like the person or not. Do your job and go on with your life! It’s not difficult. I was treated poorly twice as a customer and my sandwich was not good like it has been b4. It’s sad that these employees are allowed to act this way towards customers they have issues with bc of the problems they cause. They then get all the other employees to act just as childish as they are. If you can’t be kind of everyone or just simply do your job. Why are these kinds of people in customer service? Oh and bc one person has an issue, they won’t let you come back in EVER! Even if that person isn’t working!

I ordered online the new monster. It was a tasty sandwich but too much money. It didn't seem to me to have anymore steak on it than a regular steak n cheese. And 2x the cheese? Where?
