Last night's dining experience at UNOS was profoundly disheartening, characterized by a glaring lack of service efficiency and an alarming disregard for customer satisfaction. My husband and I arrived at UNOS around 6:40 PM to find the restaurant relatively quiet. While we were promptly greeted and seated, our initial interaction with the server (Shiane) was efficient as she swiftly took our drink orders and food order. However, frustration set in as the 40-minute mark passed without our pizza arriving. We observed our pizza sitting on the bar, waiting to be delivered to our table, for a seemingly endless five minutes, while the bartenders appeared preoccupied with idle chatter. Despite multiple opportunities, our server neglected to bring our meal to us, opting instead to attend to a newly arrived group. Even after another five minutes passed and a second pizza was placed beside ours, it took considerable time for our server to finally deliver both pizzas to our table and the one behind us. Disheartened by the prolonged wait and disheartened by the lackluster quality of the food, we opted not to consume our pizza. The server, seemingly aware of her missteps, avoided returning to our table and neglected to inquire about our satisfaction with the meal. Furthermore, the delay in presenting our bill only added to our dissatisfaction. Regrettably, I have no intention of returning to UNOS after experiencing such inadequate service.

The Backbar has a gorgeous view of the bike trail/nature walking area, good tunes, a giant outdoor circle style bar, amazing pizza and long islands. The owners and staff love their jobs too so that’s always a good time. There are 3 bars all connected with the same parking lot. Great summer time hang out!

Cool atmosphere. Hot savory pizza with a crust that melts in your mouth. The service meets you with a smile. The menu is large enough to make your choice difficult. Must get the famous Long Island Ice Tea...very flavorful! We will be back!

Good pizza, although lots of take-out orders meant the ovens were a bit overloaded, and turn-time was a bit long. But waitress was friendly and efficient, beer selection was good. Had a conversational vibe without any rowdiness inside - can't speak to those eating outside. Will return when in town again.
I had the nachos and the taco meat (beef) was a bit salty and the chips were straight from a bag. This is a pizza place though, so I'm not knocking off too many stars for the nachos not being the best ever. The pizza had a nice beer crust to it, but the additional charge for a la mode was a bit under whelming with the amount of cheese added. It's in Wisconsin after all, I expected to not even see a hint of sauce. The 1919 root beer pitcher was fantastic and long islands were cheap and large. The pizza could have been slightly better but the service was outstanding and we will return. I wish they had more appetizers and tater tots on all days, not just as special.
