Yesterday my daughter found a worm in her chocolate covered strawberry. When I took it to show the employees, one was extremely rude and dismissive and just said, 'We can't control what comes in our produce, nothing we can do about it,” and kept walking. Two other employees were grossed out and felt bad, and offered another strawberry…uh, hell no! So then they gave her a cookie. I understand that sometimes things happen, but if either one of us had bitten into it, they would have had vomit all over that restaurant, and I don't think a cookie is apology enough. The worst part was the reaction by the first employee, he should not be in customer service of any kind!

The good life lane never gets an order right. I pay for extras dont recieve them. Bowls incomplete missing 2 or more ingredients. Bowl is always cold after driving across the street. Never notified when my food is done. Receive notification 2 hours after pick up. Time constraints require me to order online and i am disappointed every-time.

I will never order from zupas again , I placed a mobile order for pickup and had my mother pick it up for me because I’m sick I open the zupas bag and this is what I saw a non appetizing water soup , I called the store and spoke to a manager who has no customers service skills and clearly no etiquette whatsoever. I went back to the restaurant and the manager didn’t even apologize or look at the soup (mind you I’m sick so I don’t have time for bs) I wasn’t given a receipt for my refund I have to go off of word of mouth

3rd time is supposed to be a charm. Unfortunately on my 3rd visit the customer service was horrible. A young man was trying to argue why another employee was so unpleasant to us, stating he knows I get the same Wayans she's aloud to have a bad day. I don't think either employee will last in the customer service industry

First time coming here. The portions were great for the price and the food was delicious as well. I love that they add a chocolate strawberry to each entree. Sets them apart from other places. Will definitely be back

I’m really disappointed to be writing this, because Café Zupas used to be one of my favorite places. We’ve been going there regularly for over a year and always enjoyed our meals until today.

I found a bug in my avocado salad, and when we brought it to their attention, the staff didn’t apologize or offer a refund. Instead, they just handed us another soup. The woman helping us was very rude and didn’t seem to care at all about the situation. At some point she told the manager, who also did nothing.

This experience completely changed how we feel about Café Zupas. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Their food is both delicious and very healthy! There were a ton of great choices from which to choose! If you like fruit and veggies and protein this is the place for you! I will be back. Lots of gluten free choices too!

Had a large bowl of the chickpea and vegetable soup. It was mostly broth. Rip-off. Not worth $8.29 plus tax.

I ordered delivery through their website, as I am currently unable to leave my house. The update said it was delivered, but it never was. When I called about it, I could hear the manager in the background say “The food wasn’t delivered? What does she expect us to do about that?” before I was put on hold. When they came back on the phone I was officially told they can’t do anything about it, because they don’t do the delivery.
