Staff is not very friendly or helpful, and slow. Have been here several times and when ordering ahead, the order is often made wrong.

Yes the bowls are good BUT..... The biggest problem is the cheating you on the meat you choose. They give you the smallest scoop and if you ask for extra meat they wanna charge you over $5 more, and it's a small scoop. Not worth it.

This place is so stingy with the portions man it’s annoying can’t stand the women who do the portions

ordered a bowl for pickup. got all the way home and saw that the bowl was absolutely incorrect. missing almost all topping, and added sour cream?? i tried called the store three times to try and rectify this, but they wouldn’t answer. never coming back here, not that they care.

The best Chipotle I have ever been to for portion size and ability to wrap a large burrito. He said that he could make it even bigger too! I don’t usually write reviews but this one deserves a double portion of five stars.

My son and I got the SAME EXACT thing and I was charged $19.83 and his was $13.77. They did not explain extra charges and did not offer to fix it. PLUS the food was TERRIBLE!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!

Don’t even bother coming to this location. The lady was so stingy with the portions, I had asked for a little bit more than what she gave me and she wanted to charge me for double meat. There was probably close to 10 chicken pieces in the bowl. Then I had ask for extra cheese and she was putting maybe 10 shreds of cheese on at a time. I had to ask her to just keep going, CHEESE IS FREE. Unbelievable to be charged this much for the amount of food I got. Drive the extra couple of minutes and go to a better location.

Paid to much for a skimpy bowl. Rice also very hard. Probably only had 6 small pieces of meat in it barely any lettuce or fajita veggies. Very disappointed won’t be back to this location.

They never put enough meat, it almost feels like you're being rationed. Complete garbage. Higher prices for less food. Staff acts like youre taking it out of their fridge. Never again.
