Chipotle Mexican Grill

Walked in at 9 when the store clearly says closed at 10 for store hours and the entire crew was already cleaning the store, had all the food put away. So we placed a to go order and one of the employees complained that it was inconvenient. Cars were still pulling in at to order. Meanwhile the young girls were fixing and playing with their hair in the food line. Clearly, someone needs to manage the place a little better. I get wanting to go home after a long day, but if you don’t want the business then lock the doors and turn off your orders. Make it make sense.

Guy wouldn’t even give me a full scoop of chicken because the container was almost empty and when I asked for a little extra he said he’d have to charge me for extra… like it isn’t extra I just want a full scoop but ok. Qdoba is way better.

The honey chicken is very good . Has perfect sweet to heat . Hope they keep it on the menu . In my onion it the best thing they have .

Please do not go here, especially if you are looking for a meal for your toddler. My son is throwing up after having eaten there yesterday. We all ate food from the restaurant but he also drank a carton of milk which I suspect was mishandled or expired. His vomit appears to have curdled milk in it.
Overall the establishment is not clean, tables aren't wiped down and even the doors are full of greasy hand prints. STAY AWAY!!

As expected same quality and service as in Los Angeles

Of the many locations I visit in the area...this one has noticeably skimp portions, even after asking politely for more rice and beans to help fill it out.

Dude gave me chicken like it was coming out of his paycheck. Plenty of times they act stingy with their ingredients while I gotta pay a premium, ridiculous.

Poor service, slow. Skimps on product.

I was disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. The staff appeared unprofessional, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller compared to other locations, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied.

A very dirty restaurant. The door entering the building was very dirty, full of greasy fingerprints. The shield over the food in the serving area was dirty, full of splatters and food particles. The table was dirty, food and paper products, table top not washed. If the staff does not clean these areas, I fear the food prep area is just as dirty. Staff was just hanging around and talking, providing little to no service to patrons. I will never go to this restaurant again! Filthy!

Update, the food has gotten inconsistent. One day great, another day like today when more than half the steak is burnt until it crunches. Disappointing. Will likely give it one more shot.

I don’t know who made my GrubHub meal January 26, 2025 at 11:30 but when I tell you they did they big one keep up the good work! I called in to compliment you too cause you deserve to get your tens as well. Keep up the good job

I’m all about fun at work but the kids working at 7pm on 1-21-25 we’re goofing around so much that they crushed my chips (being silly with each other) and forgot to give me my second bag of chips.

Big portions for reasonable price
