Waited over 20 minutes for 2 pizza slices a coke and a cookie. Was number 418 and they were calling 440's. Someone was waiting Longer than me for a chicken sandwich. Heard them ask about it 3 times only to be told it's on its way out. Saw 5+ pizzas get taken out the window as whole orders yet people were waiting for individual slices almost as long as me. Terrible planning or communication by the people working inside. Decided to get a refund and leave after seeing another pizza get taken out and put into a box as a whole order.

We got our Kenosha Costco membership mainly because of the ability to get diesel for our truck there. We travel quite a bit and spend a fortune on gas there for all our vehicles. We also shop there but diesel was the draw. Since you will no longer be selling diesel we will take the thousands we spend at Costco to Sam’s Club. So many businesses are closing because of bad decisions. I hope you don’t regret yours.

The perfect atmosphere for me and my fellow 50+'s. Someone below said that the pizza is smack. I'm pretty sure that young Costco member was referring to an illicit drug but only in the hyperbolic sense of the word, meaning great or super great! That pizza really is super great. The ice cream or maybe it's frozen custard, IDK, is sick, meaning great. Sometimes I drive my old S10 over during the lunchtime rush, get myself a slice and a Pepsi, grab a bench, put up my Kirkland's and enjoy. Best $2 lunch ever.For the newbies a few words. 1. You order and pay at the kiosks next to the benches. 2. If you take out, you don't need to show your food court food receipt. 3. There are no straws, usually. The lids for the Pepsi's just pull back. It's better for the planet to not use straws. 4. Invite others to share your bench with you. That's optional but zen AF.
I don't even have a membership here but once in a while when my mother plans a trip here, she'll call and ask if I need anything from here or if I wanna tag along.Anytime I go with here, a stop at the food court is an absolute must. The food from a very limited menu is deelish and the prices can't be beat.I love all their items and free refills on soft drinks, it's a done deal. Sooner or later I'll get my own membership so I can come here more often.

Terrible terrible front line customer service people . The way they handle people at the service desk who are older is a disgrace . My parents are elderly and had to renew their card , they said they thought they had , the lady jumped all over my dad at the service desk , while my mom was checking out and she renewed the card at the register . They took the fee out twice then the woman was rude and loud that my dad didn’t present the receipt from the register . Very disappointing. They need to take a class in first class customer service and maybe a little empathy .
