We have ordered a group lunch (15+ people) from this Cousin's location multiple times. The online ordering platform is a breeze and if you are a rewards member there is typically a promotion going on. Everything is always ready on time and if you put names in the 'special instructions' portion of ordering the staff will label everything for you. Makes large orders a breeze. We have even ordered catering for networking events and seminars. Always a hit! Everything is always correct, we have never had an issue with an order here! Would recommend for small or large groups!

More often than not messes up my order. Arielle the manager was argumentative when I just needed a solution for missing fries when I cashed in my rewards points for a free fry. Britt was able to handle my problem effectively and with passion to her job. Truly 100% appreciate her. Arielle on the other hand needs better training and needs to be nicer to customers.

Depressing atsmophere person who took my order was as non comittal to thier job as any person ive ever seen. Abnormally long service for soup. Soup was terrible go anywhere in the shopping area but here!

Had a online order and The store had its doors locked 2 and half hours before closing on a Saturday... was walking there so I could not use the drive though either. Can't believe the manager is ok with closing shop halfway through a Saturday night. Really disappointed considering my great experiences at other locations...

They aren't very personal with you and aren't very warm and welcoming. I went there this past time and told them not to put cheese on my sandwich and mentioned it multiple times. I have an allergy and they handed me the sandwich and said it didn't have cheese so I started eating it and after a few bites i noticed the cheese!! I was so upset because I am allergic!! And when I told them I had an allergy and they messed up they didn't apologize or anything they made me a new one but acted like I was the inconvenience when they got it wrong and could have made me really sick. They didn't seem to care I don't think I'll be back there for a while

The food is admittedly pretty good here but the service has taken a nosedive. For the past ten years my boyfriend has been coming here and getting a meatball sub and then asking for a cup of parmesan cheese to sprinkle on it. There's new management now, and apparently they "can't give us a cup of parmesan because it's a cross-contamination corporate thing." When we politely inquired further about it to figure out how that makes any sense, because we're confused, they seemed to get a bit of an attitude. He even tipped 10% prior to the interaction. We will not be coming back.

Rarely on time with online pick up orders. Also, when late, frequently 10-15 min late past pick up time. Wouldn't recommend on a lunch break.
