We ordered catering for the office and the food was amazing! When I came in to pick it up the whole restaurant was clean and inviting. It was ready on time, the employees were so friendly and seemed like they were happy to be there. I advised that when we ordered on line, we did not see the option for a gluten free (like the burger bowl) and they went above and beyond to ensure everyone was able to enjoy the meal. They even brought it out to the car for me! Thank you to Tiffany and her wonderful staff for the great service, amazing food and great atmosphere!

This place is always clean, food is always fresh and made perfectly, and the staff are ALWAYS friendly!! I was recently waiting over 5 minutes for an order I placed online. Unprovoked, one of the staff asked if I wanted a drink on the house as a kind gesture. It was VERY sweet of him to ask and I appreciate the attention to customers in their establishment. Awful burger ! The bread was old and dry it crumbled when I grabbed my burger ! The meat was dry with no flavor at all. The fries were average at best. You would imagine with those high prices they would be able to provide you a burger better than White Castle, which they didn't unfortunately 🤔! Stay away go to Culver's or Wendy's for a way better burger at a much more affordable price. The staff were fast and polite. I can't blame them for a dry burger and old bread. The sad thing is that everyone I spoke to afterwards had similar complaints and it wasn't just limited to the Pleasant Prairie location. Final words, STAY FAR AWAY !! AWFUL BURGER ! I HAD BETTER BURGERS 🍔 IN THE ARMY!!

I went into the Pleasant Prairie WI location and was greeted by the funniest, welcoming guy named Jacob. He really went out of his way to lift my spirits.. Such an authentic young man thank you for making my day and food my food was great. It Would be great if 5 Guys added cheese fries to menu it's a midwest thing.

Staff was super friendly and very quick to take our order. It was a quiet evening and there was only 2 other customers besides myself. While they were making food a great song came on that made myself start singing and the manager joined in making the night so much fun. Thank you to the staff and awesome manager for making the experience more than me just stand around being bored wait for my food. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!

Last night Duncan and crew came to the rescue. Had a later flight home from abroad and our kids were low blood sugar.
Saw the place was open til ten which was great for us. The sign inside said 11-10 all week.
Shout out to management..all the guys here all did great by us.
Food was good. Restroom clean and had towels.
Above and beyond as they made sure to have the right condiments for each of my picky eaters. I was very pleased with the experience.
