Best Great Steak I have ever been 10/10 very nice people working there.

Great Steak is normally really good but this time around it wasnt.
Food was super dry and had no flavor at all. The cheese was from a pump so i was just bummed.
Wouldnt come here again .

Their great steak is so damn good I had to come back to the outlets just for the food. The gentleman at the register is super nice and friendly, declined a tip so I guess I’m coming back once more before I leave the US. The food is pricey but so are most things nowadays. For the quality you’re getting you can’t complain. Highly recommended.

Very bad service, they charged me excessively, they did not give me the baucher, they made me careless and when I reviewed my consumption, I realized that they charged me 3 times more than what I consumed. I have tried to communicate with the restaurant and it is impossible.

I must've hit the jackpot with the guy who took my order and made my food because I had exactly the opposite experience as the other reviewers. The man who helped me was kind, walked me through the menu options, made my bacon cheeseburger exactly the way I asked and was pleasant when I picked my order up. Took him about five minutes to make the burger and fries. The party was cooked perfect, extra pickles just like I asked , the bun was one of the best fast food buns I've ever had, and the fries were warm and crispy. I will definitely be back

Went to get food on my break and was greeted with the crabbiest attitude and service i have ever experienced the lady behind the counter had a sour look on her face and her arms folded as if i was the biggest inconvience to herWas very displeased and will not be returning

Bad cashier with blonde hair. Dirty nasty grosss service. Cashier not friendly she seems like does want to work and helps. She is very rude. Can not ask questions about the orders. Asked for extra meat and she did not do it. Ask for easy iced for the drink and gave extra iced. So the drink is end up iced more drink. Never ever come back and don’t eat here.

Horrible place! Waited for over 10 minutes no one was in sight, other customers and I were yelling to see if anyone was around, I finally called the store’s number to have them help the line of people they had only to greeted with bad attitude by the cashier. Another woman who’s name was Marissa was just standing there looking at the women cooking not even trying to help.

This establishment lacks managerial leadership, multitasking skills and customer service.There should be no reason to wait 25 mins for a sandwich!While 2 people are just standing around and twiddling their thumbs, there's only one person on the grill... AND ONLY GRILLING ONE THING AT A TIME.

I had the cheesesteak fries and there was only 6 small slices of beef and the cheese was canned all for $11.99. Your in Wisconsin you shouldn't be using canned. Will NOT go back!
