teriyaki chicken was loaded with SALT!!! we couldnt eat it and a lil bit too sweet for my taste, the reg steak was good

The reason for the lower rating is a combo - chicken cheeses teak woth fries and drink cost me $25.00. That way too expensive.

I was really disappointed with this place. The cheesesteak was super overpriced for what you get ,the portion was small, and definitely not worth the money. On top of that, the service wasn’t great either. Staff seemed
not very friendly. Definitely not coming back.

We visited this mall yesterday, and I ordered a gyro. They use a special type of meat specifically for gyros, and the taste was a bit unexpected for me — I thought it would just be regular beef. The cook personally came over to ask how I liked the food, and when he realized it wasn’t quite to my taste, he kindly remade the sandwich using ingredients I was more comfortable with. I really appreciated the attention and care. Excellent customer service! 🙌

I had a great experience at Great Steak! I ordered the chicken teriyaki, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and quick with the service. Definitely one of the best chicken teriyaki meals I’ve had from a quick-serve spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Not a bad cheesesteak at all and this past August marked the first time in maybe 3 years having one here.

Obvious competition with the likes of Charley's, Great Steak makes a decent cheesesteak if not a bit pricy.

Even before the COVID hit along with the unnecessary inflation and minimum wage hike, always thought GS was a bit up there in price.

I was starving' at the time so the cheesesteak and Philly fries hit the spot. I rarely see these around anymore but certainly hope for continued boomin' business for the owner(s).
