I stopped in this evening to get a quick pizza. I was on my way home after getting gas at Costco. The service at this location was TOP NOTCH! They greeted me with smiles, they were conversational and exceptionally attentive. The 3 people working just seemed to really realize what customer service really is. I’m so impressed. The food was made to order, quickly and with a feeling of pride. I will be back to this specific location and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! The manager much better so proud. Keep up the great work!!

Food always comes out correct, which is nice when they give you so many options for no upcharge.
However, when ordering online, it's very inconsistent as to whether your order will be ready at the pickup time, or they'll just start to make it when you get there. Frequently you have to get an employee's attention near the pickup area, I don't think I've ever been greeted upon entering.

Friendly staff, but extremely slow. Line formed due to slowness of order taking and making of pizzas. Never charged us. As a Catholic I'm required to be honest and so I did bring it to their attention and paid

The service here is absolutely terrible. It's obvious the staff/kids couldn't care less about the place or the customers. I genuinely feel sorry for the owners. I will never return.
Worse experience I’ve ever had in my life at a MOD. I decided to come here with my husband since we’re dual military and it was Veterans Day. Number 1. They refused to honor my 50% discount and two the pizza was inedible. We ended up going next door to chick fil a for dinner after. It took my husband 30 minutes after me to get his pizza and when he got it it was COLD! Like now does that even happen. Worse experience EVER.
