Don't order delivery from here. It came half an hour late and cold. Thought a bona fide Pizza chain would have dedicated drivers but they just dump it on a gig worker (door dash, GrubHub, etc.).

Sometimes I go and it tastes great. Other times I go and it's awful. It depends on whom is making the pizza and who is cooking it. If they would standardize or measure how much cheese and toppings they put on pizzas and maybe set a timer of some sort to cook it long enough. Too many toppings and undercooked pizza YUCK!

Watch your online orders like a hawk - it changes after they quote your initial pickup. Ordered a couple pizzas online and was promised 15-20 minutes until pickup. Arrived 20 minutes later and was told it would be another 30 minutes because "it got busy." Some excuse about their system.
I got thick crust meat lovers pizza and it was pretty good.

I came in with my niece and nephew and ordered a kids pizza. There was only one other person, we ordered and waited and waited and when I went to ask how much longer turns out none of the 3 people behind the counter started our order. Very disappointed with service and it's not like having a 5 and 6 year old running around the place looking for stickers aren't noticeable.

When my wife and I come back to Kenosha, we always stop here. Has great service and a great eat in area with seating space outside as well. Most of the time our food is spot on and no issues. Occasionally, the crust gets too dark for my taste, but overall, this place is great for my family! Will be back when we visit again!
