Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

So my husband and I visited other Olive Gardens. One in gurnee which I loved the waitress, one in racine which I was not happy with the service and our first time today in kenosha. Our waitress Cassie was so wonderful. She asked the right questions, the salad plates were cold for the salad, the food was nice and hot. But what I liked the most was when Cassie asked if we liked anything else before she brought our food out. So this will be our place from now on. Thank you Cassie for your service. I give you a 10 as a waitress

Food had little to no seasoning. And, chicken didn’t taste right. It couldn’t have been cooked long enough. The minute we took our seats, our server was there asking what drinks we’d like. (Didn’t even have time to grab the menu). It’s almost like they were rushing. But overall, it was okay! Not the best, but good for dinner.

We went to the OG in Pleasant Prairie, WI for my son’s birthday as he picked the restaurant. From the moment our server greeted us, things just seemed to go downhill from there. Service was slow and we had to keep asking for refills of drinks, soup, breadsticks, etc. Our server seemed very nervous and jittery, not to mention she didn’t correctly write down our order so our food came out wrong. We were left waiting for our food while our son ate his food. No manager came over to speak with us about the issue, even while waiting for a soup refill that we were told was being made “fresh”. HA! Very disappointed with our experience here- Management should get a better handle on their staff.
