Saturday Jan. 10, 2026. The hostess was so unfriendly. The waitress had way too many piercings in her nose, grossed me out. YUK! Usually good experience at Olive Garden, but not on this day. From the beginning everything was just a bad experience. Hopefully it will be better next time: if there is a next time.

So my husband and I visited other Olive Gardens. One in gurnee which I loved the waitress, one in racine which I was not happy with the service and our first time today in kenosha. Our waitress Cassie was so wonderful. She asked the right questions, the salad plates were cold for the salad, the food was nice and hot. But what I liked the most was when Cassie asked if we liked anything else before she brought our food out. So this will be our place from now on. Thank you Cassie for your service. I give you a 10 as a waitress
