Paris here is amazing. Keeps things moving. Long lunch line and it never stood still. Stayed on top of orders, supervised and guided the cooks, got all the orders and check out right. Quite the feat to do all this during lunch rush. Positive attitude. Pleasant to deal with... Hope that's acknowledged and rewarded by leadership at Panda Express.

We have been to this location numerous times and the staff is always so friendly, but today I wanna shout out Paris and Janae for going above and beyond! I have NEVER in my 36 years of living have had such kind souls wait on me. They were friendly, funny, and did I mention kind. I just can’t rave about them enough!!!

If you wanna get ignored, come here. The person filling the orders was great and prompt at greeting me, and filling my order. However, when I went to pay, it was like I didn’t even exist. Walked out without paying walked out without my food. I stood around there as your employee talk to her friends.

Staff are nice but too many online orders. Line takes 20 minutes to get through and I was 3rd in line walking in. Crazy. Hot foot cause they serve so much but not worth it. Chipotle and five guys are next door - both are great and much faster. Shame

We have ordered food online approximately 4-5 times in the last three months in the morning with a scheduled pickup time after work. The food is rarely ready and no one seems to even be aware of the order, leaving me to stand in line while they figure it out. I could understand if I hadn’t placed the order 9.5 hours earlier. Please take a good look at management and train your staff.

They seemed to care more about pick up and delivery service more than people in frint.of them. It was like 3 to go orders then one person repeat. Line was backed up to the wall.

The people were overall friendly average customer service, but the downfalls were
1-me and my fiance both ended up with severe food poisoning, the rice and noodles were barley even room temp, the chicken was cold in the middle we maybe ate 3-4 bites each threw the rest away and just those bites along made us beyond sick.
2- we waiting 20 minutes passed our pick up time just to get cool food and and overcooked apple eggroll

I just have no clue how this place is in business. Once again made the mistake of trying to order from here online Waited 20 minutes after I got here only to be told they are still working on it. But yet I stand here and they just keep making for for everyone else in line and not making mine. Last time they were out of rice, and I got like 1 price of beef with my broccoli.

Never order online. Only go in store and wait in line. If you order, they will always prioritize in person orders. Going even 10 orders before starting 1 online order. I've waited longer than 30 minutes for an order placed before even arriving at the store. It's ridiculous and backwards. They should prioritize online(or any order as they come in the order they arrive) orders like everyone else in the food business.
