They prioritize drive thru so much that it took me forever to get a to go order by going inside. If you are getting something to go, go through the drive thru.

Bad look management. Orders should be fulfilled in the order they come in without preferential treatment to keep drive through times under a certain amount.

This was my first time having potbelly and I will never ever have it again. It was so disgusting.
I got the skinny turkey on whole grain and it was just bread. Couldn’t taste the mustard or the cheese. It was just a grainy loaf of disgustingness. I paid $13 to throw it in the trash. Not to mention the guy, The rushed me, and I couldn’t even order a drink.

Just The Tip

Gross!!!! Bit into a wrap and got a mouth full of paper from the meat!!! They forgot to take the paper off🤢🤢🤢🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️wish there was an option to post a picture so I put it on the general picture portion of this crappy business

I have to say, I am really disappointed with how this place is being run.

Today now marks the THIRD time in a row my online order was either incorrect or not prepared on time. I ordered at 11:12 am (not even close to peak lunch time). It said it would be ready at 11:26 am. I got there at 11:40 am and it wasn't ready. They asid that my ticket didn't print so I had to wait now as my sandwich was being made behind everyone elses. The manager never seems to apologize or do anything to rectify this. I ended up getting my sandwich at 11:55 am and had to run back to work.

This has also happened in the past and another time they completely forgot to make a sandwich in my order.

I understand that mistakes happen, but every time I do an online order it never is done correctly or made close to the time it says it will be ready. For that reason, I'm leaving 1 star.

We were there just after noon so it was busy but so loud with the music and the exhaust fan. Ordered a sandwich and a salad. The kid just yelled out the salad to I don’t know who, didn’t say no blue cheese. Get to sandwich toppings and there’s a guy with a mask on just staring into nowhere. Long hair in a mess hanging out of his hat looked like it hadn’t been washed in days, probably had a mask on to cover his unkempt facial hair that you could see above the mask. We pay, they say they’ll bring out my salad. After 10 minutes my husband went up to ask about it, several minutes later he comes with the salad but they didn’t give any utensils so back her went. He ordered a BLTA with onions and cucumbers. There was a tiny piece of lettuce and no tomatoes!! There might have been 2 pieces of bacon but it was a very sad excuse for a sandwich!! Tables were all dirty. We will never return!

This was a great experience all the way around. I had a skinny Cubano and chili with Mac. Both were delicious! Service was fantastic and my food was prepared to perfection. Tables were clean and I enjoyed eating my food in peace. Some sandwich places have music blaring so loud that I cannot converse with my friend while eating. This was NOT the case at this store. Music was not loud at all and I enjoyed my lunch very much.

This is the 3rd time my salad dressing got all over my car !!! Need to go to packets because this keeps happening. Also they just throw in soup sideways on top of salads had a couple of messes from that also. The salad tomatoes for the last 6 months have been near-rotting also. You lost my business !!!
